ADHD PM zoomie zombie? THIS helped me.
I frequently have troubles falling asleep. Sometimes Iâm prescribed hydroxyzine which is the most effective but I wanted to try this while I took a break and wow! ð It gave me a soft wooziness as I drift off to sleep after about 40 minutes and I sleep quite consistently compared to âjust winging itâ. The Oura ring applauds me after a night of sleep on this, itâs usually quite dissatisfied with me.
