Love the ease of choosing exercises for specific muscle groups.They don’t take up much space and exercises are well explained.

These cards are really excellent. Don’t hesitate to order! They bring variety to my workouts so I don’t get bored – and a bit of surprise which is good for my brain. They explain everything very well. The pictures make sense and are relavant. If you need more info, each card has a QR code to a quick simple video. The color coding makes creating that days workout easy. I only wish that they had made lower body hinge exercises a different color than the lower body squat exercises, and the upper body pull exercises a different color than the upper body push exercises. But at least it’s printed on the cards and I can figure it out.

Expensive Flash Cards
The cards are made very well. I wanted only flash cards and not a book. Flash cards were difficult to find. Even on ebay they were more expensive. Just my personal opinion that $15 or $16 would be a reasonable price for this item.

Fun way to do my workout. Boomer lady here who alternates between cardio days at gym and home exercise with these cards every other day. Cards are cute and colorful. Explanations are short and to the point. This former teacher loves the idea of flashcards!
