Seems to work
I have been using this for 2 weeks, daily. I have noticed an increase in my supply, roughly 2oz in 8 hours. I cannot say for certain that the increase is due to this product, could be multifactorial and include other changes like diet, water intake, etc., however, this product could have helped as well. I do know that I have not had any issues with clogged ducts in the last two weeks, which a recurring issue for me. I think its safe to say, that particular improvement is due to taking this consistently. I do not know why, or how it works but I will continue to take this and see if the trend continues.The capsules themselves are a decent size, don’t really have a bad taste or smell, and are easy to swallow. Bottle lasts for 1 month.

Easy to Take
The capsule was a normal size and easy to take. The pen in the photo is for size comparison. There was no weird odor or after taste. It was just one capsule per day for the serving. The expiration of the bottle was over a year out. Milk production did increase after stating the supplement, but did not decrease after the bottle was complete. So, it could have been coincidence, or the supplement could have been just what was needed.

Definitely helped!
This is the only lactation support I’ve been taking for the last few days. I’m definitely noticing that I’m resupplying faster! I haven’t had any negative effects, and it seems to be helping my Supply. I would call this effective! There’s no taste or smell noticeable. I really appreciate that you only take one a day. I was taking six capsules of liquid gold, and six capsules of brewer’s yeast daily for a while there. I’m not sure this would be as potent as taking 12 pills a day, but it definitely has boosted my Supply and that’s all I can ask. A 30-day supply of liquid gold is pretty darn expensive, about twice as much as this product. I think it’s a great value

Great so far!
I’ve been taking these for a little over a week. So far they are pretty good. They don’t taste awful and are easy to swallow. I’ve not had any adverse effects which is great as I have a sensitive stomach. My milk supply hasn’t dipped which is good though I haven’t noticed a huge increase yet either. I plan to take these until the bottle runs out and hopefully after another week I’ll start to notice a difference.

I did not see an improvement
I used this for 3 weeks and saw no noticeable improvement in my milk flow while pumping, nor any increase in my milk supply. I was hoping to see an increase in order to create a decent stock of backup milk, but unfortunately, this did not work for me. That is not saying it won’t work for others, as I know that some products help some increase milk supply while not helping or even decreasing others’ milk supply. I did NOT see a decrease in my supply, however… just no noticeable increase.They did not have a strong smell or any weird aftertaste. They were easy to swallow and did not cause any stomach discomfort. I did not notice any issues with my little one while using them, either.
