Surprisingly Effective
I’ve gotten older and allowed myself to get out of shape. A couple of years ago I began to exercise, and even though I thought I was being lax I managed to over-do it and hurt myself. I was shocked at how long it took for my body to recover, so this time I decided to take a slower approach. I started out doing 20 chest pulls with this little guy and felt exhausted. It’s pretty stiff! Now I’m up to 40 chest pulls, and I’m going to add a few more exercises. If you’re young and in reasonably good shape you’ll probably need to look elsewhere, but if you’re older and you’re just starting out like this might be what you need.
