I ordered the Figure 8 Fitness Resistance Band Three Pack for aging parent that needs something to help her keep up her strength, but if she drops it, won’t harm her, the pets, or the children. The pack comes with three different colored resistance bands in pastel colors. The bands are made out of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) and are 1.18 inch thick and 18.9 inches long. The end of each band has an easy to grip, textured handle and the entire band is soft TPE, including the grip. Meaning that if a hand or foot slips off the resistance band handle, there is no hard portion to come flying back at you and potentially hurt you. So it is safe for my aging parent and my small children to use. Additionally, the are so soft and flexible, it is easy to throw these in a suitcase or purse, as they take very little room.I thought these Figure 8 Fitness Resistance Band Three Pack were different levels, but it seems they are exactly the same resistance. So my parent uses one band to work out with, while I use two or three at a time to increase the resistance level. The bands and handles are flat enough that my average woman hands can hold all three handles at once without a challenge. The resistance level is perfect for elderly, children, out of shape adults, or for those who want extra resistance for their floor exercises. That said, if you already work out with equipment or weights, these may be too easy for you. They are perfect for our needs and everyone in the house uses them. So far, they have held up fine, even with the kids using them. I took off one star because they are all the same resistance level, but otherwise, they are great.

No resistance. First one broke after several uses
