I have hEDS meaning I’m hypermobile ans basically in physical therapy for life. It also means that I have to stretch a lot to help keep my body happy. I love having this band to give me a little resistance and help me move my body. It ensures that I don’t go outside of a more standard range of motion or sublux / dislocate my shoulders.
