Resistant training for young and older athletes
Amazing product and versatile. We use to provide resistance when my daughter is working on her drive off the pitching mound. Additionally use to warm up her over hand throwing by attaching the clips to a fence. The different resistant bands allow for adjusting for squats to build on her leg strength.

Great for PT at-home exercises
This kit is the closest I could find to the equipment used at my favorite physical therapy place. I’ve had the kit for several weeks and have used it daily. Can’t totally comment on their durability yet, but they are very well made! Thick woven fabric, heavy stitching, good carabiner clips, soft-padded hand grips on the hand pulls, strong quality tubing, great semi-soft non-marking door stopper that works above my closet door and in the hinge side of the door. Helpful booklet that tells the maximum strength each color band can handle (in pounds). It also contains numerous exercise photos with directions. Has foot “straps,” which I’m not using presently. And it all comes in a convenient drawstring bag to keep your unused attachments from getting lost.The only reason I gave it a “4” is that the fabric is too thick to place through the carabiner on the end of the tube every time, which you have to do to move the door stopper from the top of door to the hinge side of the door, and back again, or it won’t fit through the small hinge opening of a door. You cannot slide the tube and handle through the hinge gap, nor the door stopper, of course! I solved this problem by adding a huge carabiner of mine to the small carabiner of theirs! That way, I simply unclip the smaller tube carabiner from my huge carabiner, which makes for a quick time change!

Good set
I am 66 and don’t need metal weights and risk getting hurt. These are perfect for home and office for strength maintenance without risking injury to my joints. Recommended by my health rehab buddies. Keeps the joint aches to a minimum.

Items are missing in the received packets. No handle bars found thus making the resistance bands totally useless o use as I cannot use these bands without that, moreover gate knob is also not present in the box. I have asked for the return.
