Good value with one sticking point
This is a good value for the price. The one drawback, and it is a major one, is that they tell you to sprinkle with flour to keep the dough from sticking but it is impossible to get the flour to stick to the silicone. I even tried spraying with water first to get the flour to stick but it didn’t work. The dough still stuck to the basket. I was able to keep it from sticking by brushing it with oil. So I have been able to use it to make sourdough bread, but not quite as advertised.*Update* When I first did this review, I was fairly new at making sourdough bread. After using some other proofing baskets, and working out how to get those to work, I figured out how to use this one. All you need to do is line the basket with cheesecloth and very lightly sprinkle with rice flour. I am leaving my rating at 4 because it would have been nice to have had that information in the directions.

It works but when I got my box it was busted up like someone opened it and they had. They took out all but one basket and the brush. I was able to have it replaced without buying another so that was nice. Nice quality.

Good starter set
FJNATINH bread proofing baskets and utensils are a nice starter set. You get 2 silicone proofing baskets, 2 slings, a duster, brush, dough scraper, dough whisk, a lame and razors. The proofing baskets are foldable for easy storage. The set does not come with any good directions or recipes. I added my dough to the proofing baskets after brushing with Olive oil, and had no problems with sticking. The baskets were easy to wash, I did hand wash. The utensils are average quality, overall a nice set.
