Perfect for salad prep
I bought these to turn my refrigerator drawer into a perpetual salad bar. they kept everything fresh and crisp the entire week and then some. I prepped on Sunday and had fresh salad all week. It was even still fresh enough to throw everything in a big bowl and bring a big salad to an impromptu dinner gathering on Saturday.

Not Japanese quality Polypropelene!
Brittle plastic and cracked and chipped upon arrival. Very thin quality and not a tight seal like Japanese made food storage ware. Returned

Sturdy? No Airtight? No Good Enough-guess so
Had to replace some old flat containers from the Japanese sundry store as the lids were cracking, but these are hardly good replacements since the plastic is not sturdy (tho lightweight) and the lids click on but don’t seal well in comparison. The drain tray inside is very lightweight flimsyish too. But for the price, it is far cheaper than a marinating container which features the same design features. So–for berries, lightweight fish fillets probably ok. I am skeptical on how durable these are to last awhile.

I am a pastry chef and I make tiny pieces of desserts for weddings, showers, bdays etc etc. These are the best containers for all the items I make. If the lid doesnât fit, turn it around, try one of the other 3 lids and see if that fits that particular container better! Items freeze well in these containers, easy to transport! I love them!

J’ai détourné son utilité d’origine. En effet, je cherchais des boîtes pouvant contenir ma palette de peinture à l’huile suffisamment grande et pas trop haute pour pouvoir les conserver dans un congélateur. Grâce à leur dimension je peux les supperposer et les ranger là où je voulais. Très pratique pour retrouver et réutiliser ma peinture d’une séance à une autre.

L’article est arrivé endommagé sous un emballage de cellophane bien serré. Le transporteur n’est pas en cause, la boîte en carton étant dans un état impeccable. Deux couvercles sur quatre présentent des fêlures et des cassures. Absence de soufflet hermétique pour garantir une bonne conservation. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

I specially bought it to keep the fish and it worked wonderfully. It closes tightly n food stays fresh n does not change its colour. Plastic used is of good quality. I am really happy using these boxes.
