Perfect shape to wrap knee
I use this as heating pad for my knee.Microwave heat for a minute and it stays warm for about a half hour.Size is big enough to cover wrap entire knee and stays well with long straps.I had lots of other heating pads that smells bad, but this one is clean and nice.

Absolutely the best ice packs
I have had 2 full knee replacements and 1 revision to one of those knees. Your ice packs are your best friend during recovery. Of all the different styles I have tried, these were the best for knees. Stayed in place and wraps around the knee. Stay cold for at least 30 minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to a future knee replacement!

Great for knee pain
I purchased after have a knee replacement. The quality of this wrap is great. Definitely worth the price. The size allows you to wrap your entire knee. It is comfortable and simple to use just throw in the freezer for a few hours and youâre good to go. My only complaint is my wrap had a small leak at the seam and had to be returned.

These knee wraps are made very well. They are a bit bulky but they are exactly what I needed. I will deal with the space I sacrifice in my freezer. Honestly I would buy a new small freezer for these wraps as well as the wraps I use for my plantar fasciitis! We do what we gotta do! Overall, great product. Great value as well.

Multi-use ice pack
I had ACL surgery and thought I was prepared for icing my knee post surgery but none of my ice packs were able to adequately cool my knee. I found this ice pack and decided that it should work better for my knee. Iâm very pleased with this ice pack. It stays cold for a long period of time and the straps make this ice pack worth the money. It fits comfortably on my knee. It could definitely be used for other areas on the body as needed. Highly recommend.

great for after knee replacement
I got this for my gram who had a knee replacement, awesome that it has straps to keep it in place. My gram really likes it (which says a lot because her standards.. are very high) so definitely a quality product if my gram couldn’t find one complaint to make about it. it fits on the knee really well and isn’t like putting a hard ice pack on a rounded surface (which is exactly why i got this for her), overall very pleased with this purchase.. one less thing for grandma to complain about

What a blessing!
I almost didn’t buy this, as its reviews were rated “unreliable”. but I’m so glad I did. it wraps tightly around the knee, and feels almost as good as an ice machine pump. What sets it apart from other ice packs I’ve used is how well it’s designed to fit tightly all around the knee. I’m writing this review sitting with my leg raised and this on because my knee (torn meniscus} gave out extremely painfully .Now it’s just a dull ache, and the ibuprofen hasn’t even kicked in yet. That probably accounts for the smarmy title of the review.

It does the job well BUT….
I love this product but it is a little small for wrapping around your leg or knee. I ended up buying the larger size for my busted knee. Perfect for rehab. I soft inside lining feels great on your skin.I keep it in the freezer and it does get ice buildup, which then drips everywhere when in use and thawing out.
