The Frida Baby 3-in-1 Cool Mist Humidifier offers a lot of versatility, but there are some aspects that parents should consider before buying. Here’s my honest take:Pros: 1. Multi-functional Design:This humidifier isn’t just a humidifier—it’s also a diffuser and a nightlight. The ability to add essential oils is a nice touch, especially for creating a calming bedtime environment. The soft nightlight provides just enough glow without being disruptive. 2. Quiet Operation:The humidifier runs quietly, which is a huge win in a baby’s nursery or shared kids’ room. It doesn’t add unnecessary noise to the bedtime routine. 3. Compact Yet Powerful:Despite its small size, it effectively adds moisture to the air in a medium-sized room. It’s also sleek and modern-looking, blending well into nursery decor. 4. Auto Shut-Off & Long Run Time:The auto shut-off feature provides peace of mind for busy parents, and the 24-hour runtime means you’re not constantly refilling it. 5. Easy to Clean:The wide water tank opening makes it simple to clean, which is crucial for preventing mold or buildup over time.Cons: 1. This thing is a life saver when it comes to a sick baby or toddler. It also has a special spot to put essential oils if you’d like. The night light that it has is also helpful for the middle of the night when your baby needs something but you don’t want to turn the big bright light on.

Mold
Let me start off by saying I have never in my life written a review of a product before but I feel so strongly and am that upset- I’d like to help other moms like myself.I’m floored by all of these amazing reviews and how many people recommend this humidifier. In fact, almost every app and website recommends this product. The reviews here are top notch. This is supposed to be the cream of the crop BEST humidifier. As a FTM, I of course purchased one and never gave it a second thought.Only about two months into using it I noticed there were dark shadows inside the tank -curious, I held it up to a bright light and when I manipulated the tank to certain angles I was able to see inside -mold everywhere.I quickly reached out to my friends and others I knew who had this product and almost every single one went to check and realized they too had mold inside the tank. It is hard to see because the tank is not clear, but white, and the only opening is the small hole where you fill it with water (making it impossible to see or clean the inside of the tank well). I firmly believe that people are using this and loving it and have no idea there is mold inside.I rinsed it each day and cleaned it as suggested during use. Once I realized there was mold I tried all the recommended practices to get rid of it but nothing worked. The tank is shaped and designed in a way that you literally cannot open it up and clean it.Do yourself a favor and purchase a regular humidifier not marketed to babies that has a big open top you can take off to clean the tank. I am devastated that I was misting mold into the air in my baby’s room for so long because I trusted this brand and all these reviews. If you already own this or know someone who does, I strongly encourage you to hold the tank up to a bright light and/or peek into the tiny hole in the bottom of the tank. There is probably mold in there and you don’t even realize it.

Great product!
Love the handle to take the tank and refill! Size is wonderful but be warned that you will go through water quickly if you are using distilled water, you’ll need to stock up.
