Miracle Product!
After trying Mothers Milk tea and Fenugreek for several weeks, I was finally referred to this product after struggling since my daughter was born with my milk supply. One of my breasts just wasn’t producing and so it was really a stuggle to keep my daughter fed on just the other one. I really didn’t want to supplement and couldn’t stand the thought of not getting to breastfeed anymore, and had reached a point where I just didnt know what else I could do.Within 24 hours, my daughter was choking on the milk! She is now successfully feeding full time on just the one breast without any problems. This is the only thing that was changed, so I know the Lactate Support should get all the credit. They are easy to swallow, no weird taste or smell, no side effects whatsoever. I am SO grateful for this product and will continue to purchase as it has 100% saved my ability to breastfeed.I cannot speak enough good things about this product, it truly has been a Godsend.

Works just enough to make a difference
I bought this product mostly because of the majority of positive reviews that it’s gotten, since a lot of other products seemed much more hit or miss, though I didn’t have huge expectations for it. The first day after using it, taking one pill in the morning, two in the afternoon, and one in the evening, I could tell I got an increase in my supply, though it wasn’t a huge, jaw-dropping go-get-the-pump-she’s-gonna-blow kind of experience. It’s just made keeping up with my baby’s appetite throughout the entire day easier, since I usually end up running low at night, and helped in that I don’t have to supplement a feeding with formula in the evening. I would recommend it, since it’s a lot less expensive then a few of the other herbal supplements on here and does seem to do the job, though I wouldn’t say that you should expect any miracle increases.

Pleasantly Surprised. Increased my low supply significantly. Better than Mother’s Milk Tea
As my baby approached 8 months, maintaining a milk supply became more and more of a struggle. I drank a ton of water (a ton), and made sure to eat healthy and pump frequently at work and after baby nursed, but still, for whatever reason my supply continued to dwindle. I tried Mother’s Milk for 2 weeks and it barely, barely increased my supply.Was about to pay big $ for a lactation consultant, and on a whim decided to try these pills (saw them at Whole Foods but they are $10 cheaper on Amazon – so I bought them here) and my pumping/nursing life has improved SO MUCH. WOW. I didn’t change a thing to my eating or drinking habits, and even consume less water now since the pressure is off! Still, I make more despite drinking less water. Go figure.If you are struggling to maintain a supply and are at the end of your rope — before you give up try this. It may work for you. I was skeptical (not at all a herbalist), but it has made milk production a NON-ISSUE in my life. Like the first months of baby’s life. A huge relief. Will recommend to all my mommy friends struggling with supply.Glad to report that I have oversupply now and can freeze.

It works if you work it
The keyword in the product is SUPPORT. It does a great job at supporting milk supply increase, but itâs not a replacement for staying hydrated, pumping regularly, drinking your teas & prenatals and keeping a nutritional diet. All in all, it works if youâre still doing your job. A great item to add to you regiment. Also, suggested use is 3x day with food. So consider all those things to determine the value. But itâs not a replacement for the work. I would see an extra few oz to my pump sessions when I was staying on track.

Amazing! It really works!
I tried fenugreek and blessed thistle capsules. I was taking 3-4 fenugreek pills and 2 blessed thistle pills 3 times a day and drinking mother’s milk tea. Then I came across these pills and take 1 pill 3 times a day and drink mother’s milk tea and wow! I am pumping out some serious milk! I exclusively pump because my son won’t latch on. My supply was not good. I had to supplement with formula. However, a few weeks ago I started producing enough to not have to feed my son any formula. And now with the help of Gaia, I seem to be producing enough for an oversupply! And that is what I need because I am pumping 6-7 times a day and in between feeding my son and taking care of my 3 year old, I honestly do not know how I will get through a whole year. I am so glad I found this product.

Works great
This product arrived fairly quickly. I had my baby 2 months ago and am having supply issues. I tried every trick there was on the internet: increased water intake, gatorade, increase protein in diet,etc. I also tried Fenugreek and what little supply I already had made it actually DECREASE even more! I looked for something new to try since I was barely getting 2 oz(1 oz per breast) if that during one pumping session. I found this product and was a bit hesitant since it does contain fenugreek but I figured since it had other herbs in it maybe it will help. It was a good price so i ordered it. I’ve only been taking it for about 4 days but already I notice a difference. I am now able to get 2.5 oz with it. I started my period though at the same time I started it so I can’t honestly see a super increase per say but I’m not decreasing either so I’m not complaining and since I’m sure my period is most likely causing my supply not to change dramatically I’m not worried. I’ve also noticed my milk does seem a lot “thicker” than usual which I heard this pill will cause. But in a couple of days I’ll write another reveiw to tell ya’ll if my supply increased after my period ended with the help of this pill, so far though I’m liking it.

Waste of my money
These pills honestly dont work!!!!! I ended up taking 9 pills a day in order to see at least 2 more onces when pumping, I don’t recommend these pill at all. Instend I bought mommy knows best and let me tell you I only had to take 2 of those pill a day to see a big increase I normally pump 16-18oz while at work with the mommy knows best pills I get 24-30oz a day big increase and better then these pills
