Best Flavor Among Plant-Based Protein Powders
A couple years ago I decided to find a plant-based protein powder with no added sugar or sweetener. I have used regular whey protein for several years and they’re fine, but plant-based is much better for you. I use them right before I run or lift weights (I know, many people say wait until after) and get a better workout that way.So I took a chance on the regular organic Garden of Life organic protein. While not crazy about vanilla, the chocolate is great. Sometimes I mix it with almond milk for lifting weights, but not for running as it’s a bit heavy. For running I use water. I fell in love with it right away although I get why not everyone likes the flavor; it’s because it does not taste like muscle milk and the like, that are loaded with sugar and pollutants.Fast forward two years and I have bought and like the one with greens too. It’s great. Flavor tastes a little like yard work but still, it’s great.Then I tried the Creamy Vanilla Cookie one, which is pretty good. Not a home run for me but good.Then, I tried the Creamy Chocolate Brownie flavor. HOLY WOW! It tastes like desert and has all the nice ingredients of the regular powder. Seriously, this is great and I plan to put it into rotation. I rotate Garden of Life flavors so I do not tire of one too soon.Final note. I use these to help with sweetness cravings since I have a sugar addiction. Managing metabolic balance is of utmost importance to avoid diabetes. This has been a huge help especially when they create a flavor like the chocolate brownie that is amazing. Keep it up and bring us more, please.Highly recommended.

Tastes great
Smooth and creamy. Separates a bit when I add vit c powder, but that’s on me. Gets my day started right… have been drinking it for a few months now. Note, one can doesn’t quite last a month when using full scoop.

Texture is off
Horrible flavor. It’s too chalky and if you want to drink it alone with milk or water it wont be very good. Maybe in a smoothie it’d be okay but anything else is not good with this power. The texture is off.

Be Sure to mix well
I really love this brand and their products. This shake taste good but be sure you have enough liquid to mix the powder well or it is too grainy and powdery when you swallow.

I could not finish it and ended up tossing it in the garbage as no one around me liked it either. I found it too sweet and I was unable to blend it well in my smoothies as I found it hard to find proper pairings with the flavor I picked.
