Iâve been taking them for a month and by day 3 noticed the difference in my anxiety. Didnât notice any difference with my stomach issues but definitely with my anxiety. I stoped taking them for about a week because I already run low on blood pressure and since Iâve been taking them itâs been lower. Not sure if I should keep taking them regularly. Nothing has ever helped my anxiety like this before.

I typically only order from garden of life products however this bottle was the least favorite. Not only was it constipating but I did not feel the effects â less stressâ. Almost feel like I was put on stress due to constantly being gassy.
