I love this protein so much! Have used it for about a year now and no complaints! I recently started mixing this in as coffee creamer (I use Cafe Bustelo instant coffee, mixed with coconut milk and a scoop of vanilla OR chocolate protein-and nope no water since coconut milk is low carb/low sugar-oh and a splash of alcohol-free vanilla! So yummy! Blendability is great! I use a frother to mix it. This is the first thing I consume almost every morning Value for money is alright, better if you subscribe.

Itâs been a few YEARS since Iâve gotten whey protein. I think 2013 was the last time I got whey and it was the natural Whey from Optimum nutrition. My friend got me paranoid about non organic whey and over the years, I didnât know which brand to consider when getting organic whey, and all the brands were very expensive for the content. Besides, I felt eating quality meals or getting some organic, raw Whole or skim milk could be sufficient enough to substitute for Whey protein. Still, I just discovered this stuff 3-4 months ago, and have been using it ever since. Itâs very light on the stomach. Meaning, I drank 2 Scoops, yesterday after my gym visit and It wasnât thick nor heavy. 2 scoops and not much water. Iâve found when mixing, to use very minimal fluid. The more fluid, the more foam. If youâre using 1 scoop, use less than 4 ounces of fluid. Shake it for a few seconds and check to see the consistency. Two scoops, less than 12 ounces of fluid. This stuff is very light, and the liquid form seems very runny, not thick. I guess that means less fluid if you want it to be slightly thicker. Iâm not sure if it helps my sore muscles heal faster, but it says bcaaâs and glutamine and I like that. If you can trust the label, then those are great levels of both bcaas and glutamine per serving. Before this powder, Iâd get the garden of life raw meal. But with that, the levels of bcaas and glutamine were more vague. With this powder, the levels are on the front of the package. Still, I like the raw meal being dense with organic fruits and vegetables and FIBER! But plant protein digests differently than animal and again, the levels of bcaas and glutamine are vague with raw meal. Anyway, a âbottleâ of this powder lasts me about 2-3 weeks. I only take on days I workout and if my muscles are still very sore. It doesnât satisfy hunger, but itâs whey protein which is fast burning. Anyway, I like it. And you have to check prices because some places are under $40, and others are over $40. Itâs nice to get a quality whey like this. That is, if you can trust everything on the label about the quality. Another questionable thing about plant protein is lead content. Animal protein doesnât have that, I donât think. This review is long enough. I like the product.

Garden of life sold out and product is inferior now
I first bought the vanilla and pea protein back in 2015. Back then the vanilla was much better tasting and easy to mix. Since then I bought a version two years ago and I still enjoyed it. Slightly different than the original but I still like the flavor and the ingredients; great protein source, low cholesterol, ok fiber n low fat. Great for post workout and recovery and price for what it is during prime days. Stocked up on 2. Went through one and just recently considered a subscription but noticed the review on the change in formulation for the vanilla. More cholesterol, less fiber, more scoops to get less protein!!! They hadnât changed the chocolate yet so ordered that instead. Just received it n it has a distinct after taste. I will now definitely be switching protein powders and looking for a better quality whey.Also, GoL website only sells through Amazon with this low quality reformulation. Donât be fooled to buy direct from their website to get the old formulation. Same crap! So disappointed that the company sold out and has joined the many corporations selling lower quality products for more profit and charging the same price!! Buyer beware out there

Nutritious and taste good
Iâve been using this protein powder for a while, I love it! The ingredients are wholesome thereâs not a bunch of added junk. It taste great. It mixes well using a froth as well as a blending ball and a shaker cup. Itâs worth the money. I will say if you donât get enough milk, it can be clumpy

Great after workout shake
I have been using Garden of Life products for a while now and cannot say enough good things about them. This product mixes well with a simple blender bottle or with a nutri-bullet (with added fruits). It helps me get the protein that I cannot possibly consume from my everyday diet. The ingredients have not bothered my stomach (I have a very sensitive system) at all. The NO SOY ingredient is what drew me to the product in the first place. The only down side that I can find is that it has STEVIA extract (not bad but not the greatest for you either). It is added for sweetness and to keep the calories low. I’d rather have a higher caloric intake with natural sugar as an additive. Otherwise, a very good choice.

There are so many different types of protein powder out there, its impossible to choose. I LOVE this one, it tastes great and I can put it in a lot of different things and the texture still works. I love that they have the amino acid profile broken down for you too, that’s my main criteria but its hard to find that information with some brands.

I’m not using any other brand normally and have been enjoying it a lot so far. I was using the Vanilla and Chocolate flavor versions interchangeably. This time, I’m totally disappointed with the Vanilla. It has a very heavy sugar taste and an artificial, fake flavor. I will finish this Vanilla box but won’t buy it again unless they go back to the previous formula.
