Amazing Vitamins
I should have been added a review for these vitamins, but here goes I’m a 36 year old Black Woman and I always try different multivitamins and a lot of them don’t seem to agree with my body from the high quality food based ones in Whole Foods to the my local retail stores. That being said these vitamins here never lets me down. I have sustained energy,they don’t mess with my digestion and they overall have great ingredients. Amazon and other Merchants seemed to been out of stock for a couple of months. I’m pleased to see that they’re back in stock, because I’m having trouble trying to find a substitute that does what these vitamins do for me. I recently purchased Mary Ruth Peach Mango Multivitamin with Lustriva. Although its an amazing vitamin I noticed chest pains whenever I take it (only 3 days) Im not taking it anymore I wish I had known these were in stock before purchasing Mary Ruth on Tik Tok. Disclaimer( not judging Mary Ruth product I think she is a reputable company my particular body just can’t seem to handle her vitamin.) As long as the Women’s Raw One is available I am a loyal customer and will continue to purchase, please don’t discontinue

Donât make me nauseated!
I have GERD so I have a really hard time with vitamins. I feel like they make me nauseous or I upset my tummy. I LOVE THESE. I believe because they are a capsule and not a hard kernel. I am happy with the ingredients and I feel as if I am actually doing something good for my body as it doesn’t make me feel sick to take. Overall I think my immune system is functioning better when I take these.

My Go To Vitamins
Bought these because I had reviews about the quality of these vitamins as well as the ingredients. The gel caps are fairly easy to swallow. There is no taste and it seems to help me get the vitamins I need.

Paying mostly for the bottle
$30 is a pretty high amount of money to pay for vitamins but I know that these are worth it. But I never really paid attention till this delivery as to how huge the bottle was in comparison to what was actually in it. The vitamins barely come up halfway in the bottle and the rest is just air. Don’t tell me it’s settled because this stuff doesn’t settle like that. They could definitely do away with the gargantua style of bottle and maybe bring the price down just a little bit.

Very good! Does not contain Sea Kelp
This is the only one I use from Garden of Life store, because it does not have iodine which is from Sea Kelp. I CANT have sea kelp it messes up my digestive. So Women Raw one lacking sea kelp is the best I love it! It makes me feel better. I quit synthetic vitamins as they did nothing for me before I switched over to this Whole foods organic vitamin. I really hope this company continues to make a version without sea kelp or i would not be able to use it. I notice that almost many other whole food vitamins contain sea kelp. It is hard finding one that does not contain it. I will be buying this often!

So far, I have really enjoyed these multivitamins. I love that they are non-GMO and gluten free, which meshes well with my lifestyle.
