Nice smell, maybe placebo effect
I got these because my daughter was having some trouble going to sleep due to anxiety. She gets worried that she won’t be able to sleep and then she can’t sleep from the worry and it turns into a whole cycle. These stickers have a pleasant and soothing scent. Even though I’m not sure they actually make her sleep any better, the idea that this is a special sleep sticker with a nice calming sleep smell is good for her. It makes her feel like we’re doing something to help her sleep and calms the anxiety. I prefer this to something like melatonin because she doesn’t have to take anything and it won’t become habit forming.

Good stickiness, low effectiveness
While these stickers do stick well to clothing without concern for them falling off in bed, they really didn’t do much for me. I have to use two stickers at a time for them to be strong enough. I find it to be somewhat relaxing but not enough to fall asleep to. Maybe kids have more success?

Uninterrupted Sleep
I took a gamble and ordered these patches for myself, an adult post menopausal woman, getting very little sleep. I can tell you this was one of my best purchases ever. I am finally getting solid uninterrupted sleep, which was desperately needed. The patch goes on your clothing, so nothing is on your skin. The fragrance is pleasant and not too strong.
