Works with no side effects
We occasionally take melatonin and I was looking for an alternative. This feels gentle and we don’t feel groggy in the morning. I took 2 for an adult and I wouldn’t say it made me very sleepy but I didn’t toss and turn or wake up and stay awake for a while like I normally do. I did 1 tablet for my 6yo while traveling to help her settle and she did fall asleep easily and wasn’t fidgeting all night like she does away from her bed. Will be using this from now on. They are chalky and we didn’t like the flavor but we chew them quick and drink water with it.

I just took the first 2 tablets, It raise my blood pressure, kept me in a very light sleep all night, not a good feeling at all.The return wasn’t accepted.

Didn’t work for me, did for sister
So I can only give this three stars because it didn’t work for me, but it did work for my sister. The taste to me was fine, and that was a big perk, I use the allergy medication but this just did not work. My sister didn’t like the taste much but it did help her fall asleep and she did appreciate that. I would say it’s worth giving it a try but just know that it doesn’t work for everyone.

I love this product!
I love this product! It really works for me. I chose this for my family as an alternative to taking a melatonin supplement. Melatonin didn’t work well for two people in my household so I switched to Genexa to check it out and I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s really gentle and it helps you to ease into a rested state when your body is ready to snooze. No side effects that I’ve noticed, just a nice and restful sleep.

Just Perfect!
These herbal sleeping/relaxing pills are absolutely amazing! I bought these tablets because I wanted to try something more natural to relax my mind and improve my sleep. These herbal pills have done the trick. I take one tablet about 20-30 minutes before bedtime, and it has helped me get a deeper, more restful sleep. Additionally, my child (10 years old) has been using this product during heavy exam times as per instructions, allowing her to be more rested and sleep instead of lying awake anxiously. We have been using this product for at least two years (whenever needed), and I will definitely re-purchase it!
