    Good night!!!
Love this product. It works quickly, no night mares like I have experienced with melatonin, easy to fall back to sleep after a trip to the bathroom, it does not cause diarrhea which other people complained about and it is easy to wake up after 8 hours of good hard sleep! The only negative is you need to swallow it quickly because it tastes VERY bitter.

    Works well
I originally ordered the soft gels, while looking for doxylamine succinate, not realizing that the soft gels are actually diphenhydramine. It’s a bit misleading that one listing sells 2 different meds.I then ordered the tabs. They’re a bit difficult to remove from the package, but for the price I’ll deal with that. (For comparison, the name brand, same amount of tabs in a bottle was $15 at a major big box chain)They work just as well as name brand. I had some insomnia recently took and find the doxylamine works better for me. Took one of these and slept for 10 hours straight. Best nights sleep I’ve had recently!

Comparable to brand name non-prescription sleep aid
I’ve had some trouble sleeping and decided to give this a try. The pill itself is quite effective in making me stay sleep in a deeper state. I was able to achieve uninterrupted sleep with just half of the pill. However, a drawback from this may be that I woke up the next morning quite drowsy even though I slept for 10 hours. It may be a dosage issue for me so I will try to see what happens when I cut back even more. FYI, I’d definitely recommend trying to taking half or less than half to start and then the full dose about an hour before designated sleep time.

Effective but very difficult to get out of packaging.
First of all, for sleep it worked quite well for me.The packaging on the other hand is far from ideal. The instructions say you have to remove the paper backing on the blisterpack, then push the tablet through the foil. First of all it’s difficult to peel off the paper backing, but even if you do it perfectly correctly, the tablet still breaks or crumbles about half the time when pushing through the foil. When you take it broken or crumbled, the taste is very unpleasant. Next time I will look at equivalent products that come in different packaging.

    It’s working for me
Good night sleep. It takes a while to work but I sleep like a baby. Experienced no side effects the next day.

Great generic OTC to help with sleep
Has been helpful for me, effects tend to be longer lasting, but I haven’t experienced a sense of drug-hangover, that other medication can cause. That said, I read complaints about the packaging, that it is hard to open. Old retired nurse here…one tiny corner isn’t completely sealed down. (I usually try the lower left corner first), pull back diagonally on that, exposing the back foil. Your caplet/tab should come out easily through the foil.

Possibly the worst sleeping aid ever, its side effects are worse than insomnia itself!
Until I gave this product a try, I had no idea that side effects from an otc sleeping aid could actually be worse than the insomnia itself!Took just a half (!) of the recommended dose, woke up after 2 hours with a bad case of RLS, couldn’t stay asleep till the morning. Side effects were pretty heavy and overwhelming – brain fog, tiredness and irritability – lasted for at least 48 hours! Horrible experience.Never again!
