Great product, better customer service
One of the four had a malfunctioning button, so it wouldnât connect to the app. I reached out to Govee customer service and they sent a complete replacement 4-pack. They even checked back with me a week later to make sure things are still going well.With regards to the product, the main reason I purchased it was because I use âhey Googleâ and I love how this essentially can turn any appliance hey-Google compatible (or Alexa if thatâs what youâre into).Connecting it and labeling the plugs were extremely easy. Each plug takes about one minute to set up. I wish there was a way that the plug can track how much watts are being used through it, but so far itâs wonderful for my automated routines. Overall, highly recommend

10 Amp current capacity
First and foremost, I absolutely love these devices. Affordable, convenient, simplicity and functionality of the app. I use these throughout my home for mostly lamps and small electronics. The reason for four stars is I learned the hard way that the current capacity is only 10 amps. I live in New England and during the winters I like to warm the bathroom in advance every morning with a space heater. I previously used a digital timer and then decided to use one of these instead. Not paying attention to the 10am max current draw using it on a 1500 watt space heater, I quickly realized I crossed that threshold. Simple math will tell you the heater draws 12.5 amps (face palm), well over the max. I noticed an awful burning plastic smell and quickly noticed the culprit. Fortunately no other incidents occurred outside of just melting the plastic on the digital plug, but Iâm more impressed that it still works! Obviously this was my mistake and I will no longer use it due to safety concerns, but I just wished these had higher current capacity such as a 15amp rating. Other than that issue, I love these things and will continue to purchase more.

Very handy
These little plugs are a game changer, especially around the holidays. We used these to power on our outdoor inflatables, Christmas tree, and some other indoor decorations. They are really easy to program using the Govee app. You can also use Alexa to turn on and off the plugs. You can setup routines in the Alexa app to turn on certain plugs. We had ours set to turn on all our Christmas decorations at the same time by simply saying “Alexa, Merry Christmas”. These plugs respond really quick and all the plugs were on before Alexa could say OK.We also used these to turn on lamps while we were away to make it appear like someone was home.We got the 4pk of plugs as it seemed to be the best deal. We only planned on using one of them for the Christmas tree but for the price we thought we would be dumb not to buy the 4 pack. We ended up using all 4 so our money did not go to waste.

10 Amp Max !
Update: my fault, had it plugged into cord capable of over 10amps. Plug states 10amp max.After few days one stopped working, no electricity flow. WiFi on off works but something must have failed. Beware. Acts like if go over a few amps it fails permanently.
