I kept trying several different protein, power powders and at first I was buying the concentrate instead of the isolate this is perfectly flavorless. Itâs so fine just like baby powder and it dissolves wonderfully in every single recipe. I especially love this inside of my creamy ice cream that I make with the ninja creamy no clumps not grainy.

Even tho’ this is pricey-it’s so worth it. I’ve tried many different brands of protein powders to add to my smoothies, but they all had weird aftertastes, fake sugar, flavorings, etc. & I was ready to give up. I saw this & liked the fact that it’s organic, grass-fed & humanely raised in Ireland with no flavorings or sweeteners, so decided to try one more time. Winner…..! It blends beautifully & really lets the flavors of your fruit, yogurt, etc. come thru with no aftertaste. I’m now on my 5th bag-it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it & I will continue to buy this brand. Highly recommend!!!

Donât like the bag it comes in
The whey seems fine, but the zip on the bag is not airtight. This is the message I received from the company: âSpill-proof (Not Gas-Tight) – The pouch closure feature is designed for 50-Ib sacks of flour intended to be spill-proof. For an airtight seal, we recommend mason jars. Customers who purchase and place the whey in the refrigerator or freezer do this to avoid the hygroscopic impacts of the whey (similar to baking soda in a fridge). The cold environment retards any risks after the initial seal is broken. Whey is considered hygroscopic and can pick up ambient humidity and moisture when shipped in a rigid PET tub or non-air-tight pouch. The impacts of condensation forming inside after the seal is broken can be devastating regarding microbial growth, which is why once the seal is broken, it is preferred not to be airtight unless stored in the freezer (to allow evaporation).â

Clean ingredients, clean taste.
I love this product because of its simplicity and purity. Just two ingredients; whey protein and sunflower lecithin. No soy, no fillers, and the source of the dairy is grass fed cows which is important to me.I actually like the half scoop size because I usually do 1.5 scoops, so it’s easier to customize the dose.People say it has no flavor and while I get what they mean, that’s not quite my experience. There is definitely a flavor, but it is subtle and natural. It’s ever so slightly sweet, and creamy. It kind of enhances the creaminess of the raw milk I mix it in and I actually really enjoy it. I tried another protein powder after my first bag of AGN Roots, but I quickly learned that Stevia and really any flavoring just isn’t for me. So I think I’ll be sticking with this for a while.The price is high, but that’s because it’s high quality; you get what you pay for.My only real complaint isn’t about the protein but the packaging. Like many have said, it doesn’t reseal very well. For that reason I transfer the powder to a gallon size airtight glass container (see picture attached.)One other thing is that I went to purchase another bag of this on Amazon but it said it would arrive 2-3 weeks out. So I instead went and ordered directly from their website and got it less than a week. Not sure what’s up with that but hopefully they can work it out because ordering from Amazon is more convenient.

Horrible taste and rancid odor
I am a physician in my 60âs and I had been buying other brands of 100% pure whey protein which were made here in USA and they were organic. I decided to switch to an organic GRASS FED whey protein and I came across this brand on Amazon. I ordered it yesterday and it was delivered today. I opened the plastic delivery package and after cutting the top of the product bag, I noticed a very strong rancid odor. I thought maybe thatâs normal for this product but after I made my protein shake with almond milk (which I had always been using for other brands), it had a bad taste and odor to it. About an hour after I drank it, I became very nauseated and had a bad indigestion. I took some Tums for my indigestion but continued to have severe nausea. When my wife was going to put the bag away on the kitchen counter, she noticed there was a tear in the product bag (not the shipment bag). After seeing the tear I thought that was the reason for the loss of vacuum and the product going rancid. After I read some of the negative reviews on Amazon by previous consumers, it appeared this has been a problem in the past without any mention of the torn package. It seems like the manufacturer had acknowledged it as well and it was because of a âbad batchâ. Again, I have been a practicing physician in Dallas area for 30 years. When it comes to food /dietary supplements safety, a âbad batchâ is not acceptable. Especially if the product makes a consumer sick. Thanks God I did not have any other symptoms and did not end up in the emergency room. There should be a better quality control for this high price protein supplement! I do not feel comfortable recommending this product to my friends, family members, or my patients.

Received earlier than expected. Just started consuming it. So far itâs good. Dissolves well in water and no bloating or discomfort. I am using a manual shaker as per their recommendation. No foul smell as it contains no other ingredients. Seems a good whey protein choice as it made from grass fed cow milk. Scoop was inside the packet that I didnât notice during first week. Hope it will help me recover faster and build more muscles.
