Effective but Strong TasteIâve been using Green Propolis Extract Liquid – Brazilia, and itâs definitely effective for supporting immune health. The liquid is easy to take in small doses, but the taste can be quite strong if you exceed 10 drops. I find it best to add it to a cup of coffee or tea, but anything more than 10 drops can be overwhelming. That said, the quality is great, and itâs made from potent Brazilian propolis. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a natural wellness boost, just be mindful of the taste!

Not my favorite tasting supplement, but this stuff does help keep me healthy. It actually tastes the way that it should. I just don’t like the taste of any bee propolis. Don’t like honey either, though the two products do taste completely different. But, boy, do they ever provide you with some great immune system support. Sometimes you just have to grin and bear it. The results make it all so worthwhile.This particular bee propolis seems to be very clean and of a good quality. Easy to take sublingually or to drop into some sort of food. As mentioned, it’s not the greatest taste sensation, but you do have options for consumption. Usually I’ll just bite the bullet and take it sublingually. Other times I’ll drop it on a thick piece of bread and down it that way. Whatever works best for you. Your body will thank you later.

O produto é bom, mas não é tão concentrado como de outras marcas (“extrato seco mÃnimo 23%”), aconselha-se tomar 40 gotas por dia com água ou puro, então no fim o fato dele não ser tão concentrado só interfere no rendimento e não na qualidade.O conta gota é estiloso, tem a ponta diferenciada como mostra na foto, porém não chega até o fim do frasco (mas isso também acontece com o conta gotas comum)

Como todo própolis concentrado, ele é um pouco amargo(se ingerido sem água – como é sugerido).Você pode diluir as gotas com um pouco de água. Eu utilizo mel (meia colher de café) para diluir as gotas.Por não ter álcool, fica um gosto melhor na garganta.A prescrição sugere 40 gotas(duração de 30 dias), porém, utilizo somente 20 gotas e já vejo melhoras na garganta.Vale pagar um pouco mais devido não ter álcool.
