For years I thought I was doomed to yellow teeth as a coffee and wine drinker. I ruined my enamel in my early twenties with whitestrips from the large manufacturer that starts with a C and rhymes with rest. Any whitening products I tried since made my teeth so sensitive I couldnât continue to try to whiten. I follow a beauty thread where different users had mentioned oil pulling but it seemed weird to try to do it with just straight coconut oil. Then another user posted this and I figured why not give it a try. These photos are taken a week and a half apart!!! I have been using it for the recommended time, while I complete my skin care routine. I did miss a couple sessions and noticed them slightly start to lose their whiteness a bit so it seems twice a day is key. I started to notice results the first three days and by a week I was impressed. Here I am at a week and a half and itâs still getting better. I canât wait to see what my teeth look like in a month! Iâve had absolutely no sensitivity because it works from a different mechanism than traditional whitening products.
