However, over time, I noticed a significant decline in the product’s consistency, which led me to stop purchasing them altogether. When I recently noticed a change in packaging, I was hopeful that this signaled an improvement in quality and decided to give them another try.Initially, I was pleased to find the chicken cubes to be white, with a pleasant aroma, reminiscent of their original quality. My cat immediately took to them, which was a delightful turnaround. Encouraged by this positive experience, I purchased two additional packs, expecting the same high-quality treats.Unfortunately, the contents of these packs were markedly different. The chicken cubes had an off-putting yellow or brown hue and emitted an unpleasant smell, a stark contrast to the previous pack. This inconsistency was not only disappointing but also concerning, as it suggested poor quality control from the manufacturer. Most distressingly, my cat, who had enjoyed the first pack of the newly packaged treats, outright refused to eat the ones from these subsequent packs.This experience has led to a profound sense of disappointment and frustration. It is disheartening to witness a brand that once offered a product my cat loved deteriorate in quality to the point of being unacceptable.
