So easy to use !
I used it to cut a foam mattress for my camper van and it worked so well! The cut was so smooth and even! Easy to assemble and I love the case to store it in! The fork that came with it will be great for grilling when Iâm camping!

Outstanding knife to cut my homemade sourdough bread and so much more! The blades are SHARP! Use extreme caution when handling them. They fit easily into the handle and stay securely in place. They come out easily when you slide the “release” button. It comes with a plastic sheath to keep the blades in and a hard case to store it in. Highly recommend!

I liked how well it carved slices on the roasted ham. The 2 blades are very sharp and require extra caution to use, clean & store, similar to blade handling on my Cuisinart.

Sharp blades, easy to use
I bought this knife based upon price and name brand. I have used it twice so far (on meat) and am extremely pleased with my purchase. The blades are sharp and simple to install in the handle. The trigger is responsive and shuts off immediately when released. I am happy with the included fork as it it also sharp and easy to hold. The included case is sturdy and will hopefully last for years.

Works great!
I had an original version that had to be 50 years old. It finally gave up the ghost – it still worked but wouldn’t cut anything – I think we wore all the points off the teeth on the blades. I use this to cut meat and artisan breads that have a thick crust. I gotta have one of these in my kitchen at all times! I expect to have this for another 50 years! It will probably outlive me!

Corta perfecto el pavo, tiene corte consistente y con buen motor. TenÃa un Proctor Silex, de muy mala calidad, lo reemplacé por este Hamilton Beach de mucho mejor calidad.La caja que trae es muy práctica para almacenarlo, solo que está muy justa de lo ancho y cuesta un poco de trabajo guardarlo. Pero aun asà lo recomiendo ampliamente
