What’s the highest temperature can this steam cleaner achieve?
For safety reason, we design the internal temperature of our steam cleaner can only reach to 230°F(110℃) and the steam comes out at a temperature of 212°F-221°F(100-105℃).
Note: For better using experience, it is recommended to plug in the steam cleaner when using.
Why can only add 9.46OZ(280ML) to the water tank, the water tank capacity is too small?
The 9.46OZ(280ML) water tank capacity is designed not bulky to use and easily carry to anywhere you need.
Why need to wait the first heating completely finish to use the steam cleaner?
Because it can spray steam when it is not sufficiently heating, but it will be mixed with water when using. After a short time use, it is normal that the steam cleaner can not heat because the internal temperature is reach to 138 ℃, at this time the temperature control will be protected. If there is no temperature control and infinite heating, the machine will burn internal components because of high temperature.
Why you can not open the cap after use?
That is because the temperature of the residual steam indide the tank is still too high. Please: 1.Unplug first
2. Invert the steam cleaner, then keep pressing down to fully release the steam.
3. Open the lid and add water into the steam cleaner.
Why do we need to twist the lid around after each use?
Leaving it for a long time may cause the lid difficult to open. So please loosen the cap by one turn after each use.

Steam cleaner did not disappoint. Itâs perfect for small jobs like your bathroom. Very user friendly and the steam is consistently but does not last long enough for large jobs. Itâs lightweight and did meet my expectations.

This steamer is really easy to set up and comes with multiple attachments. My advice is to be careful how much you fill it, so that water doesn’t leak out of the front if you have to tilt it. It was especially helpful when cleaning our bathroom sinks and around our faucets!

Initially bought to clean the grime from my stove, but quickly and easily worked my way to cleaning glass, baseboards, walls, and tile. Steams wrinkled drapes or clothing also. Okay friends! This is it, stop scrolling and reading reviews! I went back and forth for way too long on which one to buy when this was the clear choice all along. I would purchase this same one over and over againCons: you have to hold the button down while you use it for steam. Actually might have buried my hand, and I couldâve cleaned all day had it not been for this. I have cleaned now inside and out: dishwasher, microwave, stove top, fridge, cabinets/baseboards, sink (pictures!) faucets. Iâm excited to try it on pillows and mattresses. Also windows and our shower!Noise level on certain areas or using certain tools gets louder and is extremely loud but itâs kind of to be expected right?Pros: it works and works well for the value. Zero chemical smell and great steam output. It works fast and versatile to use on so many surfaces. Sleek look.

Works on easy cleaning but not so great on things like ovens, stovetops, and seat belts. Regrettably, itâs not easy to use, a lock button would be very helpful, especially when using the extension hose- one hand holding the button and the other holding the hose, itâs impossible to hold the item being cleaned.

I love this little thing. It works great for cleaning my curtians, doors, windows and little hard to get to places (like around my faucets). It is super easy to use.
