Good mat for use under workout equipment
The mat is pretty thin but good quality. It works perfectly under our cage and bench, but not sure if I would use it for cardio exercises.

Perfect size for home workout room. We were unsure whether the thickness of the product would be enough but it does provide comfort during impact workouts. Itâs light weight makes it easy to roll it up and store in the closet. I would recommend this product. I would add it did have a slight smell but we set it outside for a few hours and it went away.

The mat quality and thickness is great. I bought it for working out. The color accuracy is good. Even though it is what I ordered, I did not realize how big it is until I laid it out. I’m not sure if this is great to be on the go for most. I would think that this is something you would want to leave out overnight in a space that can fit.

Awesome Mat
This mat is outstanding. It works great and is just what we needed in the basement for our workout area. It’s super secure (though we did add some grip tape to the bottom so we can move on it without it sliding around), looks awesome, helps me grip great when doing HIIT workouts, and is comfortable even when doing yoga without shoes.

We purchased this for our basement home gym. The mat itself is decent and for the price works ok, however donât purchase if youâre going to put it over carpet. Thereâs no grip on either side that holds to carpet, so it slides and bunches up against the wall as you work out.

The packaging said no odor, no off-gassing. My experience was the exact opposite. As soon as I unrolled it I could smell a strong petrochemical smell. It smells like burning rubber and it smells toxic. I let it air out for 3 days and by day 3 if I got close to the mat I could still smell the toxic chemical smell. It literally gave me headaches. I don’t trust this thing. I am giving it 2 stars because the thickness, material and texture do seem suitable for a large gym mat. I could see someone using this if they have it in a well ventilated garage gym that already smells like gas, oil and rubber. Other reviewers are saying their mat had no smell and I don’t know what’s up with that. Maybe mine was made out of a particularly nasty recycled tire. I’m returning it.
