Itâs a VERY big mat!
This order came with a large, wide yoga mat in a black color.The best thing about this mat is its size. I currently have it on the floor in my garage, and Iâm trying to convert the space to a personal gym. The durability is strong, as I have dropped some heavy weights on the mat, and there is no damage to it. Itâs thin, so even after a long enough period of time on it when weâre sitting on a hard surface, it becomes uncomfortable. Thereâs no unpleasant smell, but I also spray and wipe the mat after every use. The color is basic, but I still like it. As for the value for money, I highly recommend it. Itâs a great value. I recommend this for anyone making a home gym for themselves.

I’m not impressed with this mat. I already see some holes after only using it twice. I guess my dog might have walked on it. It comes with some really short exercise bands that seem to be usless. The mat looks nice, but it’s not much better than sitting on the floor without a mat. I bought another one, different brand, that is much larger and more comfortable for the same price as this. I should have sent it back, but it took so long to get it I forgot how much I paid for it.
