This product has almost no flexibility, therefore, it is difficult to use it to conform to the shape of the bowl to remove dough.Hard to rate its sturdiness. Great, if your looking for no flexibility…

Right in the title it says flexible product–well I can tell you these are absolutely not flexible at all. On top of that they are terrible quality and don’t do the one thing they are supposed to (scrape out bowls).I wish I could give zero stars.
