Quick warmth
Nice little bed. Has its pros and cons.Pros. Has a decent amount of warmth that radiates from the bottom. The low setting appears fairly useless as far as warmth. I donât know how beneficial it is for a cat or dog, but I barely noticed it was on when it was in low. The bottom and sides are reasonably plush.Cons. The size is smaller than you think. Probably more fitting for a large cat and below. I have a cockapoo and admittedly heâs a tad chunky, but he barely fits. If you can call what he does fitting anyway. It is soft but the sides wonât last long. Thereâs not a lot of filling around it so it wonât make it long before itâs a limp sack.One of the biggest downfalls is the plugin port. It just free dangles on the side with two wires connected to the on switch. Doesnât seem the safest if you have a rambunctious pet. Lucky enough mine is oldâ¦hence the need for the heated bed.All in all itâs a nice bed and will get him through the cold season, but Iâm not sure itâll last to the next cold season.

Cute, but not as pictured
UPDATE: Despite how flimsy it is, my kittens LIVE this little heated bed. Iâm giving it one more star â¦This little bed is more flimsy than full and plush like it looks in the pictures. I havenât been able to get the temperature setting buttons to work. It turns on easy, but at the warmest setting and Iâm not able to lower it. Iâm sure my kittens will like it. I think itâs worth what I paid for it but with some small improvements, it could be really nice.

When ordering a product i would expect a brand new, unopened item would be sent. This bed had been used, smelled like a dog and the wires where chewed/melted on the inside. Besides that, the quality of the material is CHEAP. DO NOT recommend! Will be returning this immediately to Amazon. Please explain this.

Heats well
Great product for my senior kitty. Good size and shuts off after a few hours. Wish the controller had readable levels instead of colors for heat levels. Otherwise not a bad purchase.

We call it the heat-y bed
My hellhound Rosie is only 7 pounds. She’s a Chihuahua and they have notoriously aggressive metabolisms. We feed her a ton and she doesn’t gain a pound. We got her last year when her previous owners surrendered her. They were from Texas. We live in Michigan. She doesn’t like the cold much. With no insulation, who can blame her. This cow bed has a built-in heating element. She never wants to leave it! First thing in the morning, I take her out then feed her. Then I tell her to “go to the heat-y bed”. She knows what we’re referring to. It’s one of the few commands this stubborn dog will listen to. It’s great. Well worth the price. It has three settings (in our case its only one and that’s high). Stays on for a few hours before the safety switch cuts it off. Great product for dogs that like heating pads (which is every dog I have met thus far).

Cute small bed, short cord
It’s a very cute shape. The small size is good for a tiny dog (our 13 lb shorkie fits) and it seems to work fine. The short cord is inconvenient though and there’s little padding on the bottom.
