Iâve been using the Hello Baby cameras daily, and Iâm truly impressed by their reliability and quality. The video and sound are clear, the range is great, and theyâve made monitoring my kids so much easier. The setup was simple, and the cameras have been a lifesaver for keeping an eye on multiple rooms. While I wish additional cameras were available for purchase, the companyâs customer service has been fantastic and very accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend these cameras for any parent needing a dependable monitoring solution!

No WiFi Needed!!
As a first time mom I needed to get a baby monitor but without Wi-Fi the options were very few. I was hesitant to order this camera but trusted the reviews and gave it a try. I got 2 cameras & 1 monitor since they were on sale & I am so impressed! The quality for not having Wi-Fi connectivity is so good. The brightness varies depending on the room brightness but so far itâs adjusted very well to any setting lighting Iâve had it in. The night vision is also plenty clear to see your baby! It doesnât require an app or any extras itâs just a simple camera to screen monitor. The sound works well & you are able to talk thru the monitor to the camera if needed! The battery life seems to last quite a while to although I typically set my cameras up where they stay plugged in & charge the monitor as needed. This HelloBaby set is by far worth its value& I HIGHLY suggest it to any parents looking for a non Wi-Fi or simple baby monitor!!

Volume doesn’t mute
I’ve had multiple of these cameras over the years. They’re all good quality. My only complaint with this particular monitor is I can’t get the volume to mute completely.

This has great visuals, great auditory and easy to get the hang of. It took a few to get the hang of transitioning to the menu and between cameras but now that I know where everything is I love it! Great value for the money!

Stopped working after 3.5 months
These cameras worked great for the first 3 months. At that point we started having connection issues. We tried unplugging the units, and when that didnât work we unpaired and re-paired the units to the monitor. The units would connect to the monitor for a few seconds if the camera and monitor were right next to each other. Then they would lose connection again. Now they wonât even pair to the monitor at all. We live in a small house and shouldnât have connection issues at all and didnât for the first 3 months. I wish the view was more zoomed out though. We used one of the cameras for our living room so we could see our toddler play while we cooked in the kitchen and the field of view was too zoomed in and caused us to have to move it around constantly to keep her in the field of view. Other monitors have a wider frame of view capturing more of the room. This camera would work better for just keeping a eye on a baby in a crib, but again only worked for 3.5months before completely shutting down.

We love our video monitors and they are perfect for our situation. I love that we can monitor the room temperature in our kids room. The monitor quit working and getting a replacement was a breeze.

Doesn’t last
I bought this April 21st, 2023, I have been using it since it was delivered and as of November 14, 2024 it no longer works; the monitor randomly stopped connecting to the cameras. It had done this awhile back I chalked it up to the fact I had moved the cameras and monitor so it could of had a poor connection. Put everything back and now fast forward it has completely quit. Resetting doesn’t help.

Update: after contacting customer service they were very understanding and have offered to send a replacement for the affected item! This being nearly 11 months after my purchase. Absolute amazing service ð the monitors and cameras themselves are used daily and get the job done. I love the temperature feature and the ability to talk to the kids. Because of this I am changing my review to 5 stars ð thanks Hello Baby!I purchased this set less than a year ago and the parent unit is no longer charging… making it utterly useless. Im quite frustrated as it wasnt very cheap.When it did work it suit our needs well. The video quality wasn’t the clearest, but we could still see and hear our children. I loved the option of having 2 cameras, the voice option, and being able to have a nearly 360 view.I have reached out for help with this issue and will update when/if they respond.

— Update –It’s working again! I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond (and on a Friday evening!). They were very helpful and friendly. The product itself is worth four stars: it gets the job done, but the controls are pretty clunky and the picture isn’t the clearest. The customer service brings it up to a five star review. Overall good value for the money.– Original review –I’ve had this less than a year and the audio completely stopped working. Video is working, microphone is working, but I get no audio feedback on the monitor. Extremely disappointed. Other cons to note: I find the controls annoying, the picture is only ok, the zoom is pretty useless. Pros (before the audio issue): it had good range, it got the job done (until it didn’t…).

since the second I plugged these in they have had trouble staying reliably connected to the screen. I will be steps outside my kids doors and the signal will cut in and out, but they always seemed to pick up when there was a noise… until now. I am writing this at 3 am because I cannot sleep after I woke up an hour ago thinking “wow baby is finally sleeping a longer stretch” only to get up to use the washroom to hear my sweet 5 month old absolutely losing her mind in her room. I looked back in my room and the monitor was silent. now I cannot trust that it will go off again tonight when she wakes up again. I have tried moving the cameras in the kids rooms, disconnecting and reconnecting the cameras etc and nothing seems to work to fix this issue. I haven’t had time to reach out to the company on top of the million other things I do in a day and now i am kicking myself. I’m so upset now that I cannot trust this monitor to do it’s only job and leaving my baby sobbing. we had the older model for our 3 year old when he was a baby and it worked amazing could go out in the yard no issues, this newer model is garbage.
