    I enjoyed reading this book… I was surprised that many of the remedies are ingredients that I already have in my life (which is reassuring!) Some of the remedies will require a bit more commitment however but it might be fun to try and make some of the tinctures etc. Some new herbs etc for me to try in here too… Just need to find out where I can source them now!
