Brought our monitor back to life
Our video monitor has been used for 4 years and had finally given up the ghost….battery didn’t hold a charge, and even plugged in it was very finicky and would sometimes just shut off. As video monitors can get rather expensive (and our actual cameras worked just fine) we were hoping to save some money and extend the life of our current one. This battery did the trick! Our monitor now holds a charge and works flawlessly when plugged in. This has been a huge $$ saver as the monitor would have bee upwards of $90.

Happy with replacement battery
Replacement summer infant battery purchased after 2 years of use of the monitor. The battery was received quickly and was well packaged. I received a follow up letter stating that the battery is eligible for a one year warranty and was provided with a direct email address to contact for any concerns. I appreciated the direct message which seemed like great customer service. The battery works well and has significantly improved the time that the monitor can be used unplugged. I would recommend.

Fit perfectly and lasts a long time
We have had our Summer Infant Baby monitor for about a year and a half and the battery life was atrocious. In the last six months we have been struggling with the battery not lasting 2-3 hours or the entirety of my daughters nap which was so frustrating because we would have to go back and plug it in and stay tethered or turn it off and not be able to see her like we wanted. In the last 5 weeks the battery life decreased even more and barely lasted 45 minutes and we had no choice but to purchase a new one.We bought one from another seller that ended up being the wrong size and we had to return it and then purchased this one. It came with prime in the two day window, well packaged and fit perfectly. So far the battery life has exceeded even the life of the original batter from when I first received it. I have left it unplugged for five hours without it during so far but haven’t completely let it run it’s battery out since I rarely need it unplugged for much longer than that. Great customer service and happy with the product. I’m also glad it comes with a 1 year warranty since we have had so many issues with this other battery. While I’m not glad we had to buy a new battery, I am very happy that this was available and I did not have to replace the whole monitor system.

Doesn’t hold a charge
I ordered a new battery in anticipation of the arrival of our newest baby. The monitor has been plugged in since receiving it in March. Baby came in April and the first time I took the monitor off the charging cable it would not hold a charge and died instantly. It doesn’t do me a whole lot of good if the monitor has to be plugged to work.
