This is the best product I have ever used so far. I have been takin it for about 11 months now and I have lost 160 lbs. It does work. The trick is to keep your daily calorie intake at 1000-1100 calories per day meaning sayin no to sugar, fast food and carbs( well u can have a slice of bread) and do a little bit of cardio daily- in my case I walk my 100lbs dog twice a day 30-45 min each time. That is all the exercise I am gettin. Bottom line I weigh 198 lbs down from 345lbs when I first started takin these capsules. Just take 2 caps twice daily as stated on a bottle and enjoy the feeling of shedding the excess fat daily. Remember the healthy and ideal weight loss is 2-3 lbs per week and Lean Care Does It beautifully. Buy it, follow my regimen and u will see how amazingly it works.
