Hair grew and was lustrousðâ¦controlled hot lashesðâ¦.lost 10 pounds without trying ðâ¦AWFUL PAINFUL LARGE ACNE BUMPS on faceð! I have used other amla capsule supplements without the acne so it may be the pressed tablet. Idk but the acne was terrible.
