Great product
This product does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You do have to mix it and drink right away or it will get thick and hard to swallow rather quickly. But that is what it’s supposed to do, it is the “bulking” type fiber. It has a pleasant, non artificial taste. I bought this because I was looking for an alternative to Metamucil, without the prop 65 lead warning. It works well and good price.

Great product, use milk frother to mix it best
Great stuff, I took it once a day to keep me regular. If you’re having a hard time mixing it, the best thing I’ve found is to use one of those electric whiskers / milk frothers. Put the powder in the cup first then your water and mix it immediately. You can’t let it sit in the water for long. I just drink it really fast and that’s best for me. I prefer the orange flavor but I’ve had no flavor as well and it tastes like nothing

Keeps you regular!
So far so good for me with this product! I’ve always had trouble “going”. I just chalked it up to that’s how my body was supposed to be. A friend told me about this, so I decided to try it out. I have taken it 3 days in a row, and I’m amazed. It’s almost like clockwork. I didn’t think I could gag down a tablespoon, so have started with a fairly heaping teaspoon, once a day. I’d like to build up to more so I can also use this as an appetite suppressant. My friend takes it in a glass of water. I tried that, but this stuff becomes concrete if you don’t wash it right away. It was sticking to everything including my sink. So today I tried what one reviewer said, and just took a spoonful, then washed it down. That may be the better way for me. It’s kind of hard to just swallow I will say. Feels like eating sawdust. But I had so much less mess, and the discomfort with this weird stuff in my mouth is only a few seconds so I think I can handle it. Make sure to drink lots of water. I also read one reviewer who said she gave 1/4 teaspoon to her cat to help in that respect. My two dogs have trouble going sometimes, so I gave it to them (just once so far). My girl handled it fine, but my boy seemed sick for 2 days and didn’t eat or drink anything. If I’d thought it through, I would have recalled that they don’t drink much water. So I’m not sure I can continue giving it to them. Still, for me so far, it’s worth its weight in gold!

Good fiber source
If you’re looking for a pure Psyllium Whole Husk fiber source, this is it. It does the job. It’s not the best at anything, its just overall the best way to go. It doesn’t taste great, it doesn’t dissolve great, it’s not the most economical choice. But as far as Psyllium sources goes, this ranks amongst the best.

Will make things better for you
This stuff is the best. It will change how things go for you, if you know what I mean. Seriously.Tastes fine after one or two tries.

Nice fine grind
This psyllium has a very fine texture and works really well for my puppy. He only gets a 1/4 teaspoon but it’s helped with his puppy issues. It doesn’t swell up like the old met@mucil used to. I’ve not personally used it so can’t speak for taste, but both dogs don’t seem to mind it. Just have to remember a little goes a long way.

Fine, except arrived with no lid
The product seems fine, but once you take the little foil cap off, thereâs no lid to reseal the canister.

No taste at all. Pricey though.
I dreaded tasting this as my mind jumped right to the chemical sludge taste and colostomy-type projectile backside discharge……There was no taste, and my trips to the “necessary room” are no longer pain-filled, dreaded, time-consuming visits used for reading short novels or doing my taxes.I put it in a 16-ounce water bottle and add some grape water enhancer (just because I do that with all of my bottled water;) that way, I get some of the extra water I need per day.I have yet to start taking the three times per day suggested dose, but I will tonight.Since I take a sleeping pill, it does concern me, but I am going to try it anyway. There’s nothing like jumping out of an airplane without a parachute…I will reorder it.Update.. 3 tablespoons a day is fine and I have noticed I am not trying to suck everything out of the fridge every 30 seconds.Sorry they are out of it but I did finally find it online.
