Designed for both men and women, it can be worn on the right or left leg, under or over clothes. It fits a waist up to 43″ and a thigh up to 24″ in circumference.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE
With wide and durable hook and loop fasteners, the hip brace provides targeted controlled compression, a desirable level of support, and a perfect fit.
ANTI-SLIP DESIGN
The waistband prevents the thigh wrap from slipping or sliding during physical activity. It stays in place at all times, providing extra confidence and stability.
ULTRA COMFORTABLE FOR ALL-DAY WEAR
The lightweight, breathable, and soft material of the hip brace fits snugly and doesn’t catch on dry skin.
The hip wrap fits the waist up to 43″ and the thigh up to 24”, is designed for both men and women, and can be worn under or over clothes. It fits on the right or left side. For the left hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached in front of your abdomen. For the right hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached behind your back. If you find it difficult to attach hook and loop fasteners behind your back, you can start by attaching the waist part of the wrap in front of your abdomen. Once the waist wrap feels comfortable in front of your abdomen, rotate it behind your back, and then fasten the leg part.
The hip brace provides compression, stability, and support for the hip, thigh, and lower back. It promotes recovery and helps relieve pain from various conditions such as thigh strain, quadriceps and hamstring pulls, hip flexors and hip adductor injuries, hip bursitis, hip arthritis, hip labral tear, SI (sacroiliac) joint issues, sciatica, and piriformis syndrome.
It is recommended to wear the brace for several hours during the day, especially during physical activity, and to avoid wearing it while sleeping or putting it on too tightly.
The hip support wrap stays in place during activities, doesn’t restrict movements, is quick to put on, and is easy to adjust.
Care Instructions: Delicate machine or hand washing is recommended at a temperature below 40°C (104°F), and then hang it up to dry. The material is latex-free neoprene.

Exactly What I Needed Great Product
I had an inflamed hip bursa with extra fluid and groin injury from a fall. This product was perfect for this injury and recovery. I’m a male, 5′-10″ and about 155 pounds on the slender side and the fit was great. I really needed a wide, gentle compression of the area around the hip joint. This product worked. Velcro and materials good quality. It stays in place. The only caution I would have would be for people less than say 5′-6″ tall. This is because the waist band is nice and wide for me but may be slightly too wide/tall for shorter people and may rest against the ribs especially when sitting. If that was a problem I would say trim the top and still use it, it is that good and effective. These are minor problems compared to the excellent support and comfort of this product. Highly recommend this product.

Great for support & comfortable
Received my brace very quickly and started wearing it immediately as I have been dealing with pain for at least 4 months. It helped with the pain & support for my inner hip flexor and was very comfortable, but I was also having pain on the outer hip area and glute. The brace gave support for this, but the pain still remained. I don’t believe this is the fault of the brace, just hard to target where it wraps around the leg. I have been diagnosed with tendonitis as well as osteoarthritis and sometimes no matter what you do, rest is the key. If you are experiencing hip pain & a very active person, I would recommend trying this wrap. It is comfortable and supportive and can be worn over or under most clothing, but needs to be re-adjusted or removed everytime you need to use the restroom. I will continue using the brace as the support is great and helps with proper walking gait, but I believe a combination of rest, anti-inflammatory meds & the brace are what will get me back on my feet again and back at the gym!

Good Product
Fit well. Velcro is strong. This brace helped me feel more stable and relieved some of the pain from my hip, groin and thigh injury. Made walking around easier. Would recommend.

Works well
I bought this for my daughter, she suffers from Sciatica. The hip part of it works really well but she said the thigh part was too snug and made it uncomfortable to walk. The material is good and she can wear it for long periods and has helped her stay active.Wish the size was bigger as she has large hips and thighs and it barely closes, sheâs a size 14/16.All in all still a good product. Next time Iâll buy just the waist belt.

Literally, a LIFE SAVER!
Hubby says if he could give it fifteen stars he would. My husband drives a truck for a living and about 4 mo. ago he came in from the garage and went straight to bed, he was convinced he had kidney stones again. Spent two weeks in bed waiting to see urologist only to be told, even the remaining stones after the last surgery were gone (thank you lemon juice and olive oil). The doctor suggested it sounded like he was having sciatica issues and thought a chiropractor or orthopedic would better serve him. We made an immediate appointment with a chiropractor the next day, he felt great when he came home but the minute he was back driving the truck, he was in severe pain, he continued to see the chiropractor for about 6 weeks and same thing so we then decided to try acupuncture, basically the same results. All this time my husband has practically crawled out of the truck every day, coming home and going straight to bed, he is naturally thin and over this time period lost over twenty lb. due to loss of appetite and occasional vomiting from pain, I was actually convinced I was going to have to get a class A license myself so I could at least fill in for him a couple days a week because I knew he could not continue like this much longer and he confirmed this 21 days ago telling me he was ready to give up, he had had enough. Mind you between all of this, he has been doing the recommended exercises, using a inversion table, using all kinds of ointments, back braces, gel cushion, hot baths, pain patches, insoles, pillow between legs while sleeping and a severe dependency on Excedrin Ex twenty plus a day. So yesterday I got on Amazon and started looking for anything else to try, I started reading reviews (thank you Amazon community I would never have found this without you), I was able to get it same day and I ordered this along with Penetrex Joint & Muscle Therapy and completely blown away, I called him this morning to see how he was feeling, he had been in the truck at least 3 hours already and free of pain. I can’t recommend this thing enough, he made me promise to write a review hoping it might help someone else, I hope it does!******************all the way! I think I will even order one for myself as I have been suffering from sciatica issues myself off and on now for at least 5 yr myself, I am a believer!

Great for large people. Not for short waisted.
I am a short waisted woman and this device worked like a corset covering my rib cage. If you have arthritis like me or severe pain issues this is a real Pain to get on. The Velcro is really hard to get off too so this is not good if you need to use the restroom fast. I ended up with more pain just getting it on then off. If you are tall and large with strong hands this will work. Just not for short waisted people. It also doesn’t quite fit right on the right leg. Seems to be made for the left leg as the angle of the fabric goes the wrong way if you use it on the right leg.

if you’re not skinny, measure before you buy!
if you’re not skinny, measure before you buy! i am 5’4″, 175, and wear 2x in pants. this belt fits, but just… please measure or you might not be happy.it works beautifully, enabled me to get off walker on to a cane immediately! (hurt leg in a fall at home). would definitly buy from this company again.

I like it for days where I dont wanna wear my chunky back brace. It’s comfortable and easier to hide under a dress, but I can’t wear it with pants in public because it makes my back side look ridiculous.

Itâs a good product. Well made, great material and it fits well for a left hip/left thigh. If youâre looking for the right hip/thigh, this product did not work for me. I purchased this to help relieve lower back and sciatica pain . I could not put this on alone. When youâre trying to strap it on the right hip and thigh, the Velcro straps are reversed . This means you are trying to tighten the Velcro straps pulling towards the rear rather than pulling towards the front of your midsection where a right or left handed person could pull to add tension.the product supplier readily accepted the return. In my opinion, I think theyâre aware of this. Perhaps they could design a brace for the right side.
