The hip wrap fits the waist up to 43″ and the thigh up to 24”, is designed for both men and women and can be worn under or over clothes. It fits on the right or left side. For the left hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached in front of your abdomen. For the right hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached behind your back. If you find it difficult to attach hook and loop fasteners behind your back, you can start by attaching the waist part of the wrap in front of your abdomen. Once the waist wrap feels comfortable in front of your abdomen, rotate it behind your back, and then fasten the leg part.
The hip brace provides compression, stability, and support for the hip, thigh, and lower back. It promotes recovery and helps relieve pain from various conditions such as sciatica, thigh strain, quadriceps and hamstring pulls, hip flexors and hip adductor injuries, hip bursitis, hip arthritis, hip labral tear, SI (sacroiliac) joint issues, and piriformis syndrome.
It is recommended that the brace be worn for several hours during the day, especially during physical activity, and that it be avoided while sleeping or being put on too tightly.
The hip support wrap stays in place during activities, doesn’t restrict movements, is quick to put on, and is easy to adjust.
Care Instructions: Delicate machine or hand washing is recommended at a temperature below 40°C (104°F), and then it should be hung up to dry. The material is latex-free neoprene.

Well worth it!
As soon as I put this on it helped! I pulled my hamstring and I have a dog I need to walk daily. I tried sleeves and wrapping with ace bandages, but they didnât have any support. This supports me and stops the shooting pain when walking. Only down side is that itâs not the easiest to get on correctly. Iâm sure with practice that will change.

Good Quality, Works Well
Sizing: roughly 46-48 inches around my hips, size 16/18 tall US women’s denim.This fit as snugly as I needed it to and could go tighter…but for larger folks I’d like to add: the entire belt and garment body is soft and the latch ends of straps are the rough velcro, so if you can’t fully overlap it you will feel it. I didn’t enjoy it even over shorts in passing for sizing so, heads up for comfort! But that’s also because it’s a strong grip velcro so pro/con for some.Had I purchased this as a size 20/22, I could have made it work for short periods, but would have found discomfort in the finesse of having to secure it evenly over my hips even if the thigh seems to allow for more room.I tried this on out of the box and felt immediate support and relief as I adjusted it to my body. Easy to use, easy to layer. I wore it over compression shorts and under jeans, before walking into a store. A few extra creases outwardly but only slightly more noticeable in wearability than my clothes. Materials seem sturdy but flexible, I always try to hand wash where I can and avoid drying regardless when it comes to these mobility aids. Pressure is adjustable and even so bends well without inhibiting range of movement or having hard edges that dig in. *Again, I have far less thigh/glute right now than before so, grain of salt for the built bodies reading this.*My primary reason for buying this is recovery from a hip impact injury, so I’m walking but “not quite right.” I could feel the thigh portion encouraging some of my muscles to correct themselves, small releases as I stretched between movements; and by the time I got home realized how I can fix the straps next time, around my hips for better stability and tighter gait control. I look forward to this encouraging my progress and would further recommend combining this level of pressure with other meaningful efforts and low impact physical therapies.

I purchased this one because the other one I purchased by a different brand fit my waste, but was too tight on my thighs. This one fit my thighs and was larger around my waste, a little too large.

This Brace / Support Changed my life!!
Amongst some other things I do. Coupled with this, it really changed my life! I am a Marine Corps Veteran, 2 lower back surgerys. 10 years after I got of the USMC, I woke up and could barely walk. The VA takes their sweet time and after almost 2 years, I will finally be starting physical therapy. Its not what I ACTUALLY need which is an MRI, but something is better than pain killer addiction. Ever since I bought this and started using it EVERYDAY! I have been able to walk and actually stay on my feet all day. It took a little time, but I am telling you its cheap enough to give it a try! It works for me 100%! It may be different for you based on your pain and whatâs actually the problem, I would write whats wrong with my pain area but I donât 100% know yet lol.Give it a chance, I did and I love it! I have a Cam hip deformity, and was using this for comfort but I will be returning only because itâs given me discomfort and I think my thighs are too think for the straps they fit but I donât like how itâs fitting.

Provides stability but awkward to use
What I like about this product is that it does seem to provide stability when I walk, which increases my endurance, but it doesn’t really provide pain relief, or, at least, pain relief is only moderate. However, the fit of this brace is somewhat awkward, and I am still trying to find the best way to attach it so that it gives me the most support on my hip without being difficult to use around my leg. I do use this on my right leg, and, contrary to other reviews, I do connect this in front of me without much difficulty. I am a small person, pant size 4 women’s, and I can get it tight enough, but it is sometimes hard to keep it on the hip correctly. It is fairly comfortable, but it I gave comfort a 3, because it isn’t as comfortable around the thigh. I wear it over my clothes and I find that it isn’t that bulky, but it would be bulky under clothes. It is tricky going to the bathroom, but I just disconnect the hip.waist piece and then pull down the thigh piece, so it is doable. I got this on sale and I think this is a good item for the price, and it looked sturdier than some of the other inexpensive braces for both legs/sides, especially around the hip. I am glad that I purchased this, although I am still trying to find the best fit.
