This is a well designed belt. It holds the weights high so you can perform deep thrusts without hitting the ground. I’ve used 60lb dumbells without issue. Definitely a keeper.

I like that this band is padded so it’s more comfortable than just a strap. I also really like that I don’t have to wrap this completely around my waist to use it and that I can use it other areas like my shoulders or ankles. Where you attach the dumbbells is strong and simple to use. 2 thumbs up!
