Great for pain management and wrist support at a gym
I got this wrist brace before my surgery to help manage pain during my workday, and it made a big difference. The compression feels just rightâfirm enough to provide support but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. I like that I can easily adjust the strap to make it tighter or looser depending on how much support I need.Even after years of use, it has held up incredibly well. The material hasnât stretched out, and the velcro still sticks just as securely as when I first got it. Now, I use it for weightlifting at the gym to protect my wrist, and it gives me the stability I need without restricting movement. It wont give you support to lift heavier weights as weight straps do but it’s more to protect a wrist.This isnât a rigid brace, so it wonât immobilize the wrist, but thatâs exactly what I wantedâsupport without feeling locked in. Whether I was dealing with pain or now just using it as a preventative measure, it has been a solid, reliable piece of gear that Iâm glad I bought.

Enough compression
I wish I looked for this month ago! I am a five day a week tennis player, and my rest on top of my hand were giving me a lot of pain so I started buying kinesiology tape and using it which helped, but I was spending money and kept buying it where when I bought this to try, it was perfect! It has enough compression to keep my hand and wrist firm and stabilized and I feel no pain and the part that goes around your thumb does not interfere with holding my racket tight. I am so happy with this now I donât have to keep buying tape. A++++!!!ð

Not bad for price
I work in a warehouse and after a while my wrists started hurting so I bought these for support. Straight out the package I noticed one wrist braces had a small cut near the thumb part but it didn’t cause any issues if anything it made it more comfortable on the thumb.So far they do help . Not too tight so I can still move my wrist around. If you sweat a lot you have to leave these out to dry and wash them otherwise they will start to smell bad. Easy to put on and easy to adjust if it feels loose or tight. I have small hands so the thumb part fits me decent but if you have big hands it might be a bit uncomfortable/kinda tight for a while. These started stretching a bit so I might need to buy new ones down the line but overall it is not a bad purchase for the price. Helped with wrist pain and provides adequate support. Hope this helped

These have no real support.
These may be ok for basic support but they kind of irritate my thumb so I end up just wrapping the band around my wrist. There is not really any support in this such as a metal bar to hold things in place either. This is basically like an ace bandage with velcro and a thumb hole. The velcro is strong and adhesive. I suppose it depends on what you need the brace for as to how it works… I feel as if I have carpal tunnel because I have pain in the joint of my wrist . This keeps me from hitting my wrist and injuring myself more. Overall I would say this is a mediocre compression strap.

This wrist compression strap is comfortable and supportive. I’m 72 and my left wrist is painful and weak from a fall over a month ago. This works very well, even when doing a bit of weight training as long as I don’t over do it. Recommend.

Nice, affordable, and simple wrist brace
I bought this for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for some extra support on a sprained wrist. I was looking for a cheap but sturdy wrist band I can have confidence in while rolling and this does the job perfectly. The straps do not restrict my hands and offer a good amount of support to the wrist. The simple design lets me take them on and off quickly between rounds which I appreciate. I imagine these would be good for other sports as well. Overall just a nice simple but effective wrist brace priced right. Can’t really go wrong with these as a general purpose wrist brace.

Thumbs are annoying
The thumb hole is a little awkward and small. Otherwise they work ok enough for sleeping in. I didnât expect them for much more than that. I just wanted something that stayed clean so I only wear them to sleep in. I donât think they provide enough support for much more than that.

The “breathing holes” all along the surface? They do exist, just not as evident or as big as they seem to be in the photos.As such, the product…. is breathable, but not as much as you would hope when in a hot climate or on a hot dayBut if in air-conditioned offices and such, it’s very usable.
