EXCELLENT High-Quality Treadmill!
After scouring over the innumerable treadmills offered here on Amazon, I picked this one because of its affordable price and apparent high-quality. The control panel is fairly intuitive to use, and easy to read.I’m only going to use it as a working desk, so I just will be walking slowly on it going one or two miles per hour. It’s amazing how much better I feel after a work session on my laptop (which sits on top of a small attachable treadmill desk I bought for under $60 and also available here on Amazon) as opposed to sitting sedentary in an office chair at my desk! The difference is like night and day!The only downside I found were the instructions for setting the treadmill up. The assembly actually is quite simple. But the problem is the instructions and accompanying illustrations are really hard to understand, and quite obviously written by someone whose first language is NOT legible English! Also, they are printed in a thin type font which is almost microscopic and therefore quite hard to read! But since the minimal assembly required for this treadmill is fairly simple, after a frustrating hour or so I was finally able to figure things out! With better more well-written instructions and easier-to-understand illustrations it would take no more than 15 minutes for one person to assemble this treadmill. All the necessary tools required for assembly come with the treadmill. So the poorly written assembly instruction manual is definitely this product’s weak point, yet, on the whole, a relatively small one.

This treadmill was surprisingly easy to put together. I was prepared to sit with it for hours instead it took me all of one hour from the time I opened the box. I just needed something to walk on until I get to the point of being able to jog. It comes with some pre programmed sessions that increase in intensity levels so that will help with extended use as my endurance improves. There is no power button so you do have to unplug it to turn it off. Thats the only thing I do not like about it. To save my outlet, I purchased a heavy duty extension cord and unplug it from there. Directions say to use an extension cord with length maxim 6.5 feet so be aware of that. As far as price goes the shipping cost more than the treadmill. Other than that the price of the treadmill was fair for what I received. Its about 25 inches wide so it is nice and compact. It is well made and sturdy. If you just need a basic treadmill to walk, jog or run on that is small yet strong this will do the job. Its all you need.UPDATE 11/17/12I discovered that this treadmill will turn off on its own when not in use after about 10 minutes or so. Therefore I no longer unplug it. It turns itself off on its own. There is no on/off switch. Just a start/stop button when ready to use. The stop feature does not turn the treadmill off. Still works great though.

worst deceptive product online horrible
This seller’s description of the treadmill and pictures were very deceptive the machine is very cheaply made and it is too small for an adult to use. When plugged in the machine did not work it has an electrical short in it. This was taken back to the post office and the post office said it is overweight. took this to wholefoods Amazon return and they would not take it back. took this to kohls amazon and they would not ship it back because of the label. no shipping label was issued. i called amazon six times and amazon requested the shipper reach out and Yohon never did.. This is the biggest joke IF I walked into this store I would not have ever purchased this. This is not what I expected to happen to me I will never purchase something on amazon that I did not see or can turn on. The worst thing I ever purchase on amazon and the customer service of the Yahon Store is the worst I have ever experienced on amazon. This thread mill is made for a dog or an elementary school student. I reached out six times and no response. Do not buy

Loving it so far Compact !!
Loving it so far put it together a small sheet of instructions but looking at the pictures u can figure out what goes where also compared pictures on the reviews here , pretty easy to assemble and sturdy I did use some of my own tools to tightened already existing nuts and bolts for security because they did come a little loose . Used it already and seems great loving it thank you,!! Has manual inclination on the bottom side of the treadmill . Just FYI for those looking for automatic stuff cant figure out the program modes but will investigate thatGreat for small spaces as u can see I fit mine perfectly at the end of my bed and will fold up when not using .Darn good for the price again thanks !!! ð happy customer

This is exactly the kind of treadmill I have been looking for!
I have been looking for a treadmill so that I can get my exercise and steps in every day. I did not want an expensive treadmill that sings, dances and tells me jokes. This treadmill tells me what I want to know, like pulse rate, steps taken, calories used, miles walked, adjustable speed, fast start and stop button, incline if selected, it can fold up and had so much more abilities. This is an excellent choice for me, an active senior citizen that wants to keep in good health! The treadmill is inexpensive but be prepared for the shipping costs. But even with the shipping cost I couldn’t be happier with my choice!!

The treadmill is very good. I had everything I needed although, it took more than thirty minutes to assemble the treadmillððumm my dad n mom had to do it for me but it good I like only think I donât like about it Is it donât have a incline and I thought I was paying for a treadmill with an incline and the walk way is a little too small and narrow ion know if it bc of my weight but that why I gave it three stars shipping was fast only thing I ainât like is that I was sleep but my peoples was up and they ainât heard a knock at all FEDEX
