Great, very happy with it.
The material is very sturdy, thick, wide, and strong. The strap stays in top of door. I am 210 pounds and use it for knee bend exercises as result of total hip replacement in both hips. I feel safe using my weight against the straps. The adjustments work perfect with it. The included exercise poster is great to show so many different ways to use it. Very happy with it.

I use this daily in our home gym. It is honestly just as nice as the name brand one without the higher price point. The straps are extremely sturdy and come with two ways to grip there are also extension straps you can add, included with the package to lengthen the straps. Can be hooked to a door or to mounted in wall as I have done in our garage. The connectors are very strong and hold even my 200+ lb. husband easily. Save your money and buy this system!

Very well made
I’ve been taking TRX training at my gym once a week. The classes aren’t cheap, and they aren’t all TRX, they are more like circuit training with some TRX. I installed these in my home office (OK my husband installed them), and I’ve been doing squats, low rows, and pushups every day for about a month now.These are exactly like the straps at my gym, only a cuter color…LOL.But seriously, this are very well made. I don’t use the door anchor, I’ve got a very strong heavy hook and its DEFINITELY on a stud because I don’t want the thing to come out and have me land on my head!These are fabulous and well worth the money.Five Stars!!
