Love these. So easy to set up. Very comfortable wear. Had a problem with the transmitter and a new one was sent immediately. Had another problem (NOT THE FAULT OF THE PRODUCT) but customer service (via email) advised me what the problem was and I was able to fix it at home. Sound settings confusing at first.
I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I have a Fire TV and these work great with Prime Video and Disney+. However, if you want to watch Netflix, Max, Paramount+ and probably other apps, you have to change the sound settings and your tv will be muted. I emailed the company and they were very helpful with this issue. The headphones do work great and are so lightweight, you canât even tell youâre wearing them. They are super easy to set up as well !

Quit working in no time. Shameful. Worked twice and that was it . Head set won’t charge. Worked awesome when it was working. I wish someone would tell me a good set to purchase.

This is great for my older parents, they don’t have to turn up the volume so loud on the TV. Good treble and bass from the unit. These are a paired unit. You cannot add another neck speaker. I wanted two, so I reached out to the company and they sent me a complimentary DUAL STREAM TRANSMITTER. I was then able to use this neck speaker and another one, so wife and I can use them at the same time. Highly recommend due to quality and customer service.To find the dual stream transmitter do a search for “homespot dual stream”

Short-range Only Ear Bud Set
This ear pid set was used to pair with a Vizio Smart TV. It worked well in the same room but the sound would break up when I went to an adjacent room. Unless you’re in close proximity to the TV, I would recommend purchasing a different product.

My use is casual gaming on a second screen. Does well enough for that. Sound delay is pretty good for causal gaming, if I reallllly concentrate i can maybe detect a little lag… but it’s what I expected.While charge the transmitter there is static in sound while charging transmitter because of the provided USB charging cable.Troubleshooting Instructions say ‘get rid of static by using a high quality USB charging cable’ – well it’s the cable you sent me.3 Stars for the price vs quality of product you’re getting.

Works Well and Fast Customer Support
I ordered this because I have hearing issues and canât hear the tv clearly, even with the volume turned up.This model was economical and since the ear pieces are connected, I wonât lose them should I fall asleep. Customer Support responded quickly when I used the Seller contact form, when I thought I had an issue during set up. The issue was a non-issue and I was quickly up and running. The transmitter tells you when you are connected and sound quality is rather good, clear and the ear pads are comfortable, and I typically donât like this type of ear bud. I love how they provided multiple wire connectors, Iâll be able to use on different tvâs since I have two that have different connection options. Hopefully it stands up time, but for now, I am very pleased with my purchase!

i have tinnitus, to hear the tv i needed to have it on high and on a sound bar to hear much. now with these i can hear my shows clearly. i bought a second pair for my second tv. w blue tooth most tv’s dont have capability. easy fix. JB HiFi has a blue tooth box for 109.00. best money ive spent for such comfort.
