The smell is terrible, bit if you can get past the smell it did wonders for my hair, skin and nails. I had very frizzy hair, and now I barely have to use any product in my hair. LOVE IT

A few months ago i started my weightloss journey on a GLP-1 prescription Zepbound. I have lost around 70 pounds in 7 months. Which caused my hair to thin out. I was skeptical buying these. I felt like Iâm just buying any old hair, skin and nail vitamin because there are sooooo many on the market. I was loosing my hair to an unknown issue. It was coming out triple the amount as usually did and I lost about 40percent of my hair. I started taking this and also paired with pumpkin seed oil and my hair stopped shedding within a month. I made sure I took them everyday and now I can see little hair starting to grow back! I ALSO HAVE NAILS! They grow very thick and healthy now. I really recommend this brand and itâs worth the money!

Effective and high quality
These are a great supplement for healthy hair, skin & nails. While I recently chopped my long locks, I had hair down past my shoulder blades that continuously grew healthy and thick. My nails grow like crazy and I’m always having to trim them. I also notice an overall improvement to my complexion with a great reduction in any breakouts or redness. Yes, they do smell kind of bad, but they are easily swallowed and no taste lingers… So… Just don’t smell your supplements people, easy as that ð Great value for the amount of supplements that you get and I love the added collagen and argan oil which helps with nearly all your bodily functions. Overall definitely happy and have repurchased!

I was unable to take these due to the VERY strong vitamin smell. They did not upset my stomach but just can’t get past the smell. Unable to return.

A great help for broken nails and dry skin
We live in Arizona with a really dry climate. My nails were consistently breaking, and my skin always felt dry. While these pills don’t cure everything, they certainly help. My wife and I both take them, and noticed the difference immediately. We still use cream for our skin, but the nails are much better, and our skin is definitely better too.
