Highly Disappointing Fragrance Diffuser Set
I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance of the fragrance diffuser set I purchased. The set consists of a bottle of oil and accompanying sticks, which are intended to gradually release fragrance into the air, creating an inviting and aromatic atmosphere. Unfortunately, this product falls significantly short of delivering on its promise.First and foremost, the diffuser set exhibits an extremely weak scent throw. One would expect the fragrance to effortlessly fill the room over time, creating a pleasant and lasting ambiance. However, even after leaving the diffuser set in operation for an extended period, the fragrance remains barely detectable unless you bring your nose uncomfortably close to the sticks. This renders the product ineffective in providing the desired aromatic experience.I find the overall quality of the diffuser set to be lacking. While it may have an appealing design, the performance simply does not match its aesthetics. The set’s functionality is compromised by its inability to effectively disperse fragrance, rendering it more of a decorative item than a functional and enjoyable addition to the room. I deeply regret my purchase of this fragrance diffuser set. Its inability to disperse a noticeable fragrance unless you’re in close proximity to the sticks severely limits its effectiveness and undermines its purpose. bad product from bad company!!
this reed diffuser is a total letdown. For how expensive it is, I expected way more. The scent barely fills the room, and it definitely doesnât last as long as they claim. Itâs supposed to feel âluxurious,â but I could barely tell it was there!To make it worse, Hotel Collection basically scammed me into a subscription for their overpriced oil diffuser which is ridiculously hard to cancel. It feels like theyâre just out to take your money with zero regard for quality. Save yourself the frustration and skip this. Youâre better off with a $5 aroma ascent from the drugstore!

Scent changed dramatically
I ordered this last summer for the first time and chose the 24K scent because it hints of jasmine and lily which are two flowers I love. I placed it next to the front door and everyone said our home smelled like a spa. I reordered the same scent and when I opened it and set it out all I could smell was a strong lemon scent that smelled like lemon Pledge. At first I thought I reordered the wrong item, but after looking at the label I saw it was called 24K. Then I looked at the product description and found that the name remained the same but the aroma changed to lemon, bergamot, and a bunch of other scents not in the original. Really, really annoyed that they kept the name the same but totally changed the scent. Smells horrible unless you like the smell of lemon Pledge. If I wanted that scent I could have saved $45 and bought a can of Pledge.
