Works great for a bedside water bottle
My husband has Parkinson’s and needs easy access to water through the night. The suction tube is long enough for him to reach and use. It works much better than a bladder, which we had been using. The cap has a loop which can be used (with a velcro strap) to attach to a hand post. This secures the water bottle so it doesn’t tip or fall. Thanks for the great solution to a vexing problem.

Broke on my first use.
I do allot of hiking and backpacking. And I hate water bladders. So I assumed this product would resolve some of those minor annoyances on a big climb. Well 17.8 miles into my first mountain range she snapped right off. Some parts are poorly 3D Printed and they separate at the seems. So I was left without easy access of water for my 31.6 mile 2 day climb. I had to pack down much more frequently to drink since I was reduced to having to drink directly from my bottle. And also the cap. I almost forgot. The nalgene cap that comes with it is the worst fitting cap I have ever attempted to affix to a bottle. Do not buy this product.

3D printed adapter, zero reliability expectations
The blue piece is injection molded, the red piece is 3D printed, with the print lines going up and down the direction of the screw, which means it’s going to break eventually. Other than that, it works exactly as described, it fits perfect on a takeya bottle, comes with an extra, albeit cheap, bottle lid.It doesn’t smell like cheap plastics and seems durable enough. I will be looking for a lid that fits the blue piece directly though as I hold no faith on the 3D print.

I was really glad I made this purchase
I got this as backup for a hydration bladder for an 80 mile treck in the Himalayas. I used it for my electrolyte flavored water and used the bladder for plain water. I really appreciated the fact that it had a cap. The ground there is covered with Yak, mule and horse poop and I did not have to worry about the mouthpiece dragging on the ground when I took off my backpack. With the tube on my Nalgene, I never had to remove the bottle or ask for someone to reach it for me while hiking. Making hydration easy was a smart idea.

Threaded plastic part cracked, broke after 3 days
I used this for a walking trip where I didn’t want to have to take anything out of my backpack to fill a water bladder, so I opted for a water bottle that I could access on the outside of my backpack. I was so hoping this was going to work, but after 3 days on the trail the threaded plastic part connected to the water bottle cracked and broke off, rendering it useless. I ended up throwing it away on the trail. I was really disappointed in the quality of the plastic part.

Poor fit
I don’t know if it was just a one off but the adapter at the lid didn’t stay attached. When I screwed it on it felt flimsy and any bumping caused the threading to come undone. Every time I tried to put it in the pocket of my pack it failed. I didn’t get far enough to try hiking with it.
