This stuff works so well to relax you. But not too much to where you donât want to do anything. I take it after a long day at work to help wind down my busy body and brain before bed . It is also good if you are having nervous tension or anxiety throughout the day. It will not make you sleepy and not able to function.

I had to stop using Benedryl for sleep, and you can’t use melatonin every night, so I tried these since they are plant-based, and they really work with no side effects. They don’t drug you, they just calm you so you can fall asleep normally, like chamomile tea without having to get up in the middle of the night to pee. 🙂

Replacement (?) for Hylandâs Nerve Tonic
What with the Hylandâs Nerve Tonic seemingly unavailable in our universe, I was quick to grab some of these. The ingredients are similar. I have previously reviewed the Nerve Tonic as safe and effective and (possibly) preventing weird Floaters in my eye (eye doc, after my exam: âhmm, interesting, couldnât hurtâ).So, I take one Calms Forte during the day and one at bedtime. Theyâre not dissolving and not flavored.So far, so good.

Calms Forte has been and is a Superior, fantastic product. – Price needs to come down.
