Excellent knee sleeve. It provides comfort, support, helps with swelling, and warmth. I sized up to an XXL because I messured 18 in and the sleeve fits well. No struggles with slipping down or curling.

Great material butâ¦.remove the side supportsâ¦for recovery not sports
I love the material of these, it is more like a ribbed wool sock, different than any other braces out there. One big flaw is the stupid side supports they put in, they actually cause pain if you keep your knee bent, as it is like you are fighting against it. I cut them out- they were like firm plastic spaghetti noodles. I wish they made them removable, so I did not have to cut the fabric. I would not use this for sports, I donât think the support is firm enough- this is better for recovery/nighttime. Also, the top does always slide down over time. All that being said, I wear it every night as I was recovering from an adductor strain, and this was comfortable enough to wear while sleeping, without cutting into me or getting too tight.

Very comfortable, very good support, the stretchability is very good, not too tight as long as you purchase the correct size. Very good at alleviating pain. The support is excellent. I donât realize Iâm wearing them.

Not as good as advertised
The sizing is accurate. The compression is light. The sleeve occasionally slides down a little. I am not able to wear it 24/7. It is comfortable while standing or walking. However, the flexible support gradually digs into the back of my knee (off to the side) while sitting. I was not able to find a comfortable position for the support.

Iâm a 30 yr old woman recovering from ACL surgery (5 months from time of purchase). I had been wearing a random Amazon compression sleeve daily, and it made a difference but it was so bulky under my clothes. I needed it the compression but I was so sick of the thick feeling.I read the reviews for THIS ONE and decided to splurge. It is WORTH THE MONEY!!!! It seriously feels like itâs not even there most of the time. Way less clumpy under leggings, and doesnât make a huge divot in my leg like the other ones. Itâs also longer than some other brands so it feels more gradual compression. I am addicted to this thing!! I feel so much better. My knee hardly aches anymore.My ONLY complaint is that sometimes the boning on the sides gets out of place and can feel weird but itâs an easy fix.I wish I had this immediately after surgery!!!! Game changer. Buy it!!!!Oh also it washes well – no fuss wash and dry as usual with everything else

A great knee sleeve that is worth every penny!
This is by far the best knee sleeve device I have tried. (And over the years thatâs been many!) My knees are in such bad shape that it doesnât completely eliminate the pain but it reduces it to a tolerable level. Because my knees swell more some days than others I have purchased 3 different sizes of this particular sleeve and use the one appropriate to the amount of swelling. I find this to be much more comfortable than forcing one that is too tight onto my knees.I bought my first sleeve about three weeks ago and have worn one every day since , mostly on my left knee which is the most painful. In that time the pain has subsided a very noticeable amount in my left knee.
