Takes a few times to get used to
The first time I used these i had a very jerky motion. After about a week once your body adapts it works nice and smooth. I love the fact if you suddenly got lazy like me you can unhook 2 of these bands to make a nice start up recovery then gradually fasten them for more tension. I had a great 2 week montage then the roku remote has been my primary work out these days lol. I do recommend these though. I was a heavy lifter for decades back when I had more energy and owned allot of equipment. These are awsome for resistance push ups and you can bring them anywhere. Very cool item.

Tremendous
As an aging 25 yr powerlifter now at the age of 71, this item allows me to slowly back away from using the Olympic bar, but maintaining strength using the 3 stretch bands. I actually purchased a second black set for more weight. I can now sit in a chair watching Tv while simulating a bench press. Lay on the floor and do a floor press. The provided bar allows for shoulder presses both front and back. Back workouts also. All this and the equipment fits in a backpack for travel. Tremendous

Good product. For those who do not have access to weights like I do, this is a decent alternative and definitely more portable. The only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars from me is that it doesn’t come with handles. Rather, it uses leather covered nylon straps, which is not as easy to grip if you’re using heavy to max resistance. A plastic or wood handle would have made this much choice and provide a better feel.

Hand grips need to be hard plastic. It causes an unstable grip during the push. This is a big one. Second. The back pad needs to extend. I believe the pad is plenty big, but for a 6 foot 225 male with pretty wide shoulders and back. Itâs to small. That would be nice. So there looks like there is a bar you can purchase for 27 dollars, but I happened to have a steel 24âx1â metal pipe I purchased from Home Depot that works wonders, and I am sure it is built much better than the bar they sell and it was half the price. Worth Every Penny
This thing is great. There are the other band systems out there that cost hundreds. This was less than $50 and I use it throughout the day at work. It’s hard to keep a bunch of steel in my office but a band system like this works well. Get the heaviest you can. They’re just a few bucks apart in price. You can unhook some bands to lighten the tension. All three bands on the 160 are much harder than 160. Buy it.

Really does emulate bench well, it goes under your arms accross your lats guys, not on your shouldersI prefer to use a very thick bar with it and just slip it through the holes

I bought this as an upgrade for resistance bands that I already have and yes you can buy a set of bands for cheaper but they are cheaper for a reason! Now there is nothing wrong with going and buying a set of bands because I’ve been using them for a while and still will for some things but this is an absolute game changer! Fantastically well made, you can tell this isn’t a cheap product. You can get different lbs of resistance too which is good so you can go lighter for beginners and heavier for people who are more advanced. The best thing is you can literally do all the exercises it says you can, you can go from a chest press to a shoulder press to a seated row to a deadlift, the variety is superb. Anyone looking to add to their equipment or someone looking for something to get a quick exercise session done this is the product for you!!

It broke a couple of days after the return window closed. Iâve had it for 3 months, but itâs only really had limited use.The resistance band has snapped out of the hard plastic tip at the end. Iâve had to remove the counterpart to make it balanced, reducing the resistance by a third and making it weaker than the old one this was bought to replace.It broke while doing bench presses, which is what itâs supposed to be designed for.Its convenient, but obviously, if it just breaks then itâs convenient but useless.update:The seller contacted me and sent out a replacement band, so I can now use it again. Unfortunate that it broke the first time but they resolved the problem quickly

Quality is great with loads of different attachments you can purchase it can be an unstoppable bit of kit. Only downside to it is getting the motivation to use it and see the results I know it can produce. So get over that mental hurdle and you will see fantastic results.

This product has literally cured my 12 month long thoracic upper back nerve pain. I have been struggling for so long with nerve pain. I started using INNSTAR belt with just 1 band attached each side varying exercises boxing style stance etc. I normallt get waves of nerve pain about 4 times a day but after approx just 7 days of using I realised the pains started to subside and now after about 4 weeks I have literally gone a full day without pain….even if I think I’m starting to get a nerve wave of pain I do a short set of repetitions and the pain goes…..IM REALLY REALLY THANKFUL XX
