I lost about 5 pounds in two weeks. I could have lost more but I wasnât consistent with the pills or water. I think thatâs good results for a 17$ product. I didnât experience a huge appetite suppress like other stronger supplements Iâve taken, nor did I gain a lot of energy. The pills are really big so if you canât take big pills they may not be for you. And please donât make the mistake of leaving the bottle in a hot car like I did smh they melted together lol. Other than that Iâd say a pretty straight forward product to give you that extra boost.

I have been struggling to lose weight for the past 9 months. A coworker was telling me about these pills she was taking and how they helped her lose weight. She gave me half a bottle of these pills. Great for defeating snacks
I currently use this product. It’s really awesome to take if you want to stop snacking. I usually take it 30 minutes to an hour after eating a meal. It suppresses my appetite by about 30Ùª to 40Ùª. Which is perfect for me to fight off a carb attack. I have not taken it for longer than a week at a time. It’s not necessarily a weight loss supplement so much as a appetite suppressant. My inlyomplaint t is the pills are huge-1 star! I’m a weenie. I hate huge pills. Also the requirement is 3 pills twice a day. -1 star. Taking 6 huge pills daily is alot! I take 2 instead of 3.
